Every vendor makes promises of great customer service at the time of sale...but how many keep those promises when it matters? Dolin Roofing does!

During the ""atmospheric river"" storm with 70 mph winds that rolled through California last weekend, taking down trees and power lines, we lost about 10 shingles off our roof. With another storm predicted for the next day, I called Dolin Roofing first thing Monday morning. Dolin Roofing had put on roof on our home 4 yrs ago.

After the strong winds, we expected to wait a couple days for anyone to get out to take a look. But that same morning, someone from Dolin was out to inspect the roof damage. And that afternoon, a team was on our roof, repairing the roof!

We were blown away by this incredible same-day response. When the next storm rolled in the next day, our home was ready for it!

You rarely see this kind of customer support any more. That's why we wanted to call out this 5-Star Service! Thanks, Dolin Roofing!

If you want to wait 2+ weeks to get a 30 minute job done on your roof. Go with David Dolin roofing. Not only do they consistently ask me to go with other roofing companies, which I'm happy to. They almost force their customers to do so with their lack of urgency. You would think most roofing companies will do small jobs in hopes their customer will go with them for larger projects, like a possible roof replacement (which I have in my future). However, they don't see the big picture. In the end, word of mouth will have its justice. I suggest using another roofing company to get the job done. Cheers

Our experience with David Dolin Roofing was A plus. We were one of the many homes needing roof replacement or repair because of the 2016/2017 heavy rains and winds. Though he had a busy workload, David made time to come and do an onsite bid. The tear off crew had to deal with the three layer old roof. They were here on time as promised, did a great job, cleaned up and disposed of everything, even made sure my grandaughter's parked vehicle was covered to prevent damage. Dave was here the next day, had everything delivered and the work done in three days even with dealing with hidden roof rot damage. Monique in the office was a constant for contact and answers and made sure we got all of our warranty paper work. All in all, we are very happy with the service and finished job. Roof looks great!

This company was the ""only"" roofing company that responded to our request for a bid. My husband tried calling a couple of others and had no response. Not only were they prompt in giving us the bid, they were easy to work with and got our job done before the rain began. We were told it couldn't be done until January but they were able to work out a quicker timeframe and got the job done. Very professional and easy to work with. Recommended them to a neighbor who was having the same issues trying to contact roofing companies in the area.

Our very small roof repair was based on materials and time. The amount of time spent on the job was about 1/2 of what we were told. When we asked questions, Monique responded extremely rude and unprofessional! We really felt taken to the cleaners with this contractor.
