I called David Bange Roofing to get a quote on a roof repair. Karen answered the phone and she was so nice and professional. Karen scheduled my appointment easily and Aaron came out to inspect my roof. Aaron was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He discovered two leaks and went over the best plan of action for us. I didn't feel rushed at all while discussing the repair quote and the pocess was easy. We scheduled my repair a few days later and Ernesto and Marselino came to my house. These guys are incredible! They were prompt, polite and efficient. When I say efficient, I mean they were in and out in 3 hours. If I didn't see them and hear them, I never would have known they were at my house. They didn't leave anything behind. These guys are masters! My roof repair wasn't a small job and I so appreciated their courtesy and professioanlism. The repair is perfect. He was on time , gave us the estimate and explained what was wrong and how they will fix it , step by step. I was surprised that they finished the job in the same week as promised.

I contacted this roofing company prior to moving into a new house; an inspection had revealed some issues with the Spanish tile roof that needed to be addressed. Aaron came over to look at the roof and gave us a detailed assessment of the condition of our roof. He easily could have sold us on extensive and expensive repairs, and it's to his credit that he didn't. His estimate was fair, below what we had expected (and dreaded!). The crew arrived early on the day of the roof repair and got to work. When the repairs were done, Aaron provided us with photos of all the areas that had been repaired. He also repaired some wood fascia that had some damage from rain and neglect. The job was done professionally and expertly; I am happy to recommend them highly. Ask for Aaron!

I would give Jackie H., an estimator and Caryn in the office at David Bange Roofing, 15 out of 5 stars if I could. Just 6 months after having the whole roof of a house replaced by another roofer in Miami, and it passed all city inspections, oddly a crack opened up in the soffit at the drip edge, where one part of the roof joins another section of the roof. As my employer who owns the house, no longer has any confidence in the original company's work, they decided to get a 2nd opinion from a team of professionals, and boy are they glad that they did. This company lives up to their high ratings.

Caryn was a pleasure to talk to the other day on the phone. I explained my issue briefly, and after checking with her team on the road, she called me back in just 5 minutes, and said she could have someone out to the house to check out our roof problem in under 2 hours. I was amazed and a little bit doubtful, as it's hurricane season in South Florida again. A couple other contractors, when they actually took time to even answer their phone, said it would be a few days till I could even get someone out to take a look.

Jackie H. called ahead to say she would arrive right on time and she did. She gave us a very detailed review, and she was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She pointed out exactly what problems she saw with our soffits. Several areas to her expert eye had apparent wood damage probably from past termites and/or erosion, and we have issues with several of the screens to the attic being jammed with debris some looked like critters had nested in there before. She said they should have been cleaned out and repaired or replaced as needed, as part of the replacement roofing job, to allow proper air flow out of the attic. This prevents heat and humidity from building up inside, which can damage the roof and joist structures from the inside out.

She taught me quite a bit more than I previously knew about roof construction, soffits, fascias and
drop edges, and explained why the prior repair work, which had been done just a few months ago, was lacking in several important areas. In her opinion, it was not up to industry standards, and definitely would not be acceptable to the rather higher standards of David Bange Roofing.

She recommended that I contact our prior roofing company and get them to address these issues that they really ought to have done before they considered the job finished, and she also offered suggestions on what may have caused the sagging that caused the hole in the soffit that the owner was initially worried about, and who we should contact for that issue as well.

I wanted to pay her for her time and the thoroughness of her consultation, but she flatly refused, as they offer free consultations and completely stand behind their work. I told her that if for some reason I couldn't get the original company to correct their work and finish the job that I unfortunately already paid them for, I would absolutely hire her and David Bange Roofing and be confident to get the job done right.

It has been raining for two days in South Florida and today, a light fixture in our kitchen started leaking heavily.

At 3pm, I called David Bange in a panic, noticing their 5-star rating and mention of ""Emergency Services."" Karen, who answered the phone, was PHENOMENAL. She calmed my anxiety and told me that she was getting someone to my home asap.

By 4:20pm, Barbie and Joe showed up and immediately got to work assessing the damage. (Joe rushed straight from his wedding!!!) Within less than an hour, they did a temporary fix to stop the leak and scheduled us the next day for the full repair.

They were professional, thorough, and comforting. Roof issues are no joke and they were clear and concise with their explanation of the repairs we needed and the price is reasonable.

We will definitely be using David Bange in the future for any roof repairs (although our fingers are crossed that we have no more!).
