I would say my experience with David Bange Roofing was excellent. Aaron was very helpful and always available either by text or phone calls. The response time was usually 15min or less. Everything was explained and all questions answered. Company was very clean and picked up all debris on removal day and followed my instructions to be very careful with my backyard garden.

The process took quite a bit longer than I originally anticipated, but it was exclusive to the roof tile manufacturer and a slowed supply chain issue. Everything that Aaron promised, he delivered. They showed up when he said they were going to be here. They did everything that was promised and they did so quite well. The crew was exceptionally clean after the old roof was torn off. The roof tear off, replacement of the panels that were rotted and decayed, along with the covering of the roof with 30# paper was all accomplished in a day. These guys (about 6) busted their humps for the entire day only stopping long enough to eat lunch. They were all very courteous, they saved some of my old roof tiles for me so that I could give them to a neighbor that had the same color tiles as my old roof. When the new roof tiles FINALLY arrived (3rd party vendor), they install date was scheduled and they had the entire job done in a day. These guys did a GREAT JOB!. If you are looking for a company to do your new roof replacement, ask for Aaron - you will be very glad you did.

I called David Bange Roofing to get a quote on a roof repair. Karen answered the phone and she was so nice and professional. Karen scheduled my appointment easily and Aaron came out to inspect my roof. Aaron was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He discovered two leaks and went over the best plan of action for us. I didn't feel rushed at all while discussing the repair quote and the pocess was easy. We scheduled my repair a few days later and Ernesto and Marselino came to my house. These guys are incredible! They were prompt, polite and efficient. When I say efficient, I mean they were in and out in 3 hours. If I didn't see them and hear them, I never would have known they were at my house. They didn't leave anything behind. These guys are masters! My roof repair wasn't a small job and I so appreciated their courtesy and professioanlism. The repair is perfect. Very professional company and very quick and competitive with good prices and good quality. Aaron was our sales rep, he is very knowledgeable and professional. He was on time , gave us the estimate and explained what was wrong and how they will fix it , step by step. I was surprised that they finished the job in the same week as promised.
They give a one warranty for their work.

I contacted this roofing company prior to moving into a new house; an inspection had revealed some issues with the Spanish tile roof that needed to be addressed. Aaron came over to look at the roof and gave us a detailed assessment of the condition of our roof. He easily could have sold us on extensive and expensive repairs, and it's to his credit that he didn't. His estimate was fair, below what we had expected (and dreaded!). The crew arrived early on the day of the roof repair and got to work. When the repairs were done, Aaron provided us with photos of all the areas that had been repaired. He also repaired some wood fascia that had some damage from rain and neglect. The job was done professionally and expertly; I am happy to recommend them highly. Ask for Aaron!
