Gilbert came out on short notice for an inspection after we noticed a few leaks during the recent rain. He was able to find the leak as well as a couple of other we hadn't seen. Gave a fair estimate and completed the work the following week. Hard working, family business, highly recommend.

Gilberto was recommended by Cosmic Solar and Roofing to replace the 29 yr old underlayment before installing solar panels. They have been working with Davalos for 10 years when their roofing crews get backed up.

I didn't know what to expect in costs for this so had a few other bids to validate. They were all in the same range or higher. Some others quoted lower quality materials.

They also installed 13 O'Hagin vents which has lowered my attic temperatures in this unusually hot weather to 10 degrees over ambient. Other bids charged twice as much or more for each.

The crew was friendly. Nice to see Gilberto's sons, Daniel and Fernando working as part of the family business.

Firstly, let me say that this review is a long time coming. I had previously mentioned to the Davalos team that I'd give them a Yelp review once I could see their work in person, but I've been too busy to fly down to the relevant property for a few months (probably more than they were anticipating). -- Anyways, now that I'm here, I just wanted to say that their work appears top notch! And the way they matched the roof tiles to the original was seamless. Moreover, from what I recall, Jose and team were very responsive. In fact, they even tarped the property's roof for free while we knew a storm was coming before they could get to it. All in all, great customer service by a caring local contractor. Thanks again!
