Due to a bad storm, we had some shingle damage on our roof and were advised
to call DAN'S ROOFING CO. I called them and briefed them in on the
situation. They said someone will be out Thursday, can fix the roof, go back to the office and send me an invoice. I told them I'd like a call before they head out towards me and that I'd like to speak to the guys in person so I know how much I'm paying for fixing our roof. Since they told us they'd be out at our place on Thursday, I decided not to go into work as this was urgent. The day passed by and no one called. I called Friday and the secretary said that the roofer guys called us and we didn't answer and I told her this is not true. Sometimes service can interrupt and I understand so I asked why the guys didn't leave a voicemail as the number could be a telemarketing number or any random one. She had no answer. I asked for Kimberly but she wasn't in. So the secretary said she'd call the guys, follow up, and that they'd call back but they hadnt.
Today, I called and Kimberly was there. I briefed her in and she said we weren't interested and I said this is FALSE. After everything, I have no reason to say such things. I told her the roofers could've left a voicemail or even followed up. She BLATANTLY called me a LIAR, told me to find someone else and HUNG UP ON ME. This company absolutely, unequivocally is the worse company I've ever dealt with and KIMBERLY, who knows nothing about customer service and etiquette and lacks
manners, had extremely rude discourteous behavior, lacked follow through, unfulfilled promises, lies and other deceptions.
