Dans Roofing is probably the worst roofing company I have ever dealt with. Did a horrible job on my roof. I was better getting a guy on a street corner to fix my roof. Now, I am forced to repair the roof from the damage their guy did to my roof.

Dan's Roofing gave me a good price and came on time. 1st day the crew worked hard and cleaned up every night when they were done. They did a lot of work on my roof and replaced everything they said and more. They were done in 4 days on my 2 story house. The last day they cleaned up and took all the trash. I didn't know I had bought some tiles a few years ago from them until I went to pay for my roof. Great group of people to work with.

I'm not very happy with Dans Roofing. I hired them to install roof vents. They came recommended by another contractor. Should have done my research before hiring this company. They sent a guy out, and I was concerned he was removing roof tiles in the wrong location. I texted Meynor about my concerns and that I have vaulted ceilings he told me to have the worker come inside home and view exactly where we wanted to the vents. After the inside tour of the home, the worker said he understood where he could install the vents.
The next thing I hear are a bunch of curse words from the worker, and I see the sky from inside my bedroom. The worker proceeded to take some of my roof tiles out to his car, stating we did not need them.
I again contacted Meynor and told him I could see the sky from my bedroom ceiling. He indicated worker mis measred.
3 weeks later, and after several messages later, another worker came out to fix the hole that the worker created in my bedroom ceiling.
The patch job was not very good, and you can clearly see where it was patched. I contacted Meynor again, and he told me to use orange peel spray to fix it. Not very good customer service, and I really tried to be patient because I know accidents happen. However, my experience was horrible with Dans Roofing. Ugh, it's simply awful experience, and now I have to find a new company to do roof vents.

I can't speak highly enough about Dan's Roofing. We had a leak around a skylight. Dan's Roofing did a good job re-building the flashing and drainage around the skylight.
What really stood out about Dan's is the great communication from the moment you call, until the job is finished. They text you to let you know when the technician will be there, when the technician is on the way, and follow-up to make sure everything went well.
This is so refreshing in an age when a lot of so-called contractors show up late, barely communicate, and provide spotty quality.
I highly recommend Dan's Roofing.
