I would highly recommend Dan's Roofing. Not only did their techs do a beautiful re-roofing job on our large 2-story home, but they completed the job from start to finish in less than 2 weeks - actually only 9 days - in the blazing August heat. Their workers were most polite and considerate of us and our neighbors. Work was not started in the AM till after the neighborhood was up and about and was wrapped up in the late afternoon well before we and our neighbors settled in for the evening. Equipment and supplies were stowed neatly away or removed at the end of each work day, and our driveway and walkways were cleared regularly of roof debris while the newly replaced deck off our master bedroom - one of our big concerns - remained damage-free. All in all...a very positive experience!

Great company. I am a property manager and I always recommend them to our clients for roof repairs. Good pricing and quality work. I love their communication as well. You call make an appointment shortly after you receive an email and a text confirming your appointment and on the day of you receive another text and email for a reminder . Once they are done with their estimate they text and email you the estimate. They are GREAT!

We didn't hire Dan's roofing, it was through a solar company, however, they were great, no leaks, no mess and very polite. No loud music, or rude talking. I understand Spanish and little to zero of the conversations were inappropriate. We are having trouble with the solar [Sunrun] company, but Dan's roofing was a positive that has come out of it overall.

My worst nightmare happened on March 12,2020. I could hear the sound of water dropping on the floor INSIDE my house! I panicked; my carpet was soaked in one corner and I looked up and saw we had a leak! Honestly this is the worst time It could have happened not only was currently raining, but the forecast showed rain for the next two weeks and to top it all off we're in the middle of a pandemic! So naturally your first thought is whose going to come fix this for me? I'm never going to find anyone! Fortunatley I was able to get ahold of my realtor (because we purchased the home back at the end of December) and she had the phone number for dans roofing; who fixed tiles for us after our home inspection. Once I got ahold of him the excellent treatment andexperience began from there. I called him Friday and left a voicemail expecting not to get a response because all that has been going on; but sure enough he called me back within and hour and had three guys out Saturday morning. I was out running errands Saturday so I told my husband call me when they get to our house. When my husband called me he told me they already found the problem and we're fixing it!!!!! I was in shock because most situations like this never go smoothly for me it's such a hassle and usually anything that can go wrong will. I cannot give this company enough praise for their quick response, inciative, and great communication! I will forever recommend them to anyone in who asks ""do you know good a roofer."" Look no further

I've been a local real estate agent in Lake Elsinore for over 19 years and I've used Dan's Roofing on multiple occasions for my clients and myself. Used them years ago and were great, this time called them Twice and on the 3rd call they said they wrote the phone number down wrong later that day I got a call from another roofing company said they had been referred by dan's and set appointment for next day!

My neighbor provided them to me as a referral for a small roof leak. They did numerous repairs, but during the next rain my small leak was larger. They came out and did another repair. My leak was smaller, but now dripping somewhere else. They came back out and did another repair. During the last downpour, my small leak got bigger. After numerous attempts to get them to come out and fix the issue, I finally called someone else.

Yes, they warranty their work but they never fixed it and made it worse. They committed to come out numerous times and to have the owner call. After the last broken commitment on Monday, I found someone to come out and finally fix it.

When I set out to replace my roof I got 3 quotes. Dan's Roofing was my middle quote. What I liked off the bat was their warranty: 10 years labor/30 years materials. When Chris came over to do the in-person estimate he was easy going, no pressure, took his time and very clear on how the job was going to go. When the work actually began I met Carlos and Trevor. There were more workers but I couldn't memorize all their names. Carlos and Trevor were also pleasant. The day they started with the tear off the guys went to work fast. In addition, they cleaned up as they went. When they left after the first day my house grounds were spotless. The job in total took about 4 days because they had some other matters. We didh't mind it because we knew the reputation and how efficiant and friendly the crew was. To our amazement, there wasn't much woodrot and for the little bit of wood that was needed, Chris waived it. At the end of the job, Chris and I did a perimeter check and he was going to have Carlos come by and do some spot painting. The bill ended up being the quoted price. Chris and all of the staff at Dan's roofing were professional and efficient. They made mine and my wife's investment worth every cent. I give Dan's Roofing an A+ in price, quality, customer service, and honesty. This company is a must for all your roofing needs and I will back their work 100%. Thank you Dan's Roofing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
