Daniel installed a new roof on our house. Over $80,000.
Shortly after, some shingles started to slide off the roof. He was very good at coming out and fixing it the first 4 or 5 times. During that time we discovered a leak around the chimney. He worked on it and it actually got better but still leaked. When I told him that he came out and worked on it again but gave me an invoice. I was not happy but paid him. Since then other shingles are sliding off the roof. When I called they told me there would be a charge for time and labor.
If the job was done correctly they would not have to keep coming to the house to fix it.
Based on his track record I see no reason to pay him any more money and will find a roofer that can fix his mistakes. Rather pay them than him.

Don't trust or believe anything Daniel says. His sub contractors didn't install my roof properly and the shingles are flying off every time we have high winds. He never owned up to his mistake.

Daniel and his crew showed up earlier for the job. Impressed already the owner is on the job site . The crew did an excellent job on the roof, plus he had them walk the entire roof looking for cracked tiles and sealed all my vent pipes. When they left you would never know they were there. They were very clean .

Friendly, free consultation. You've got to meet with several contractors to know your options. Daniel was the front runner almost immediately out of the five consultations I had. So personable and easy to talk to. A wealth of knowledge and experience, he really listened to my questions and answered them without making me feel silly. He fostered a genuine collaboration on what was best for my home.

Clear communication. Unless you've done a roofing project recently, you might not know what to ask about the process. Daniel was so clear about preparing me for WHEN the work could be started and WHAT the construction process was going to like - I really felt educated and prepared for what was to come.

Excellent Customer Service. Shortly after our consultation, Leslie at their office had sent me not one quote, but two. The second one outlined a variation Daniel and I had discussed using different materials. Leslie is the kind of ambassador everyone wants for their business. She's always upbeat, polite and professional and was very quick to respond to all my questions whether by email or phone call.

Fair pricing. In reviewing the other quotes from other contractors, I will say that Daniel Roofing & Construction wasn't the cheapest - but I do believe that you get what you pay for. Their rates are more than fair... especially when you experience the level of efficiency and craftsmanship they put into their work.

Superior Teamwork & Craftsmanship. When Daniel Roofing & Construction arrives onsite to start your project, they arrive on time and focused. All team members were very polite and professional. I was amazed and how quickly the work progressed - from the tear-off phase to the clean-up. Like a great basketball coach, Daniel has assembled an amazing team of very skilled craftsmen. The day after they finished - we had a very intense rainstorm followed by very high winds. All the problems we had with our old roof (leaks in the garage, shingles blown into the yard, etc.) were gone.

I can't thank Daniel, Leslie and their team enough for giving me the peace of mind that my roof was done right.

I contacted Daniel through Yelp regarding a house my husband and I are in escrow on. During the home inspection, we found there was a possible roof leak. The sellers weren't being very honest or open about the information regarding the leak, so our realtor recommended getting a roofer out to the house to inspect the issue.

I contacted about 10 different roofers on Yelp that had decent reviews. Leslie, who is the office contact, responded to me and honestly, she was the only reply that was very professional and quick to respond (thank you for this).

We needed a roofer to the house ASAP since we were on a very tight schedule. Leslie was able to set up a time within just a few days of me contacting them.

Daniel was running a little late, but Leslie contacted us ahead of time to let us know, which I thought was awesome. When he showed up, he got straight to work. He was able to find the issue within 10 minutes.

Within a day, we had a full report written up, as well as multiple pictures! We were able to feel confident to approach the sellers and ask for a credit to fix this issues found because of the detailed information he gave us. Thank you, Daniel! We are going to be closing on this house next week, and because we had a great experience, we plan to use Daniel for the repairs on the roof now!

Daniel Roofing is a small independent, local roofer that does things like it should be done. He shows up on time and follows through with the job in a timely matter. Daniel was friendly and professional. Easy to work with. He is fair in price and has a great office person, Leslie, who is the first contact. She is friendly and warm, welcoming. She make you feel comfortable and you feel a sense of trust after speaking with her. I wish more contractors could take lessons. Thank you! Great job.
