We love our tile roof but it's twenty years old and the last owners didn't spend a lot of time on maintenance. To our dismay we found water leaking through multiple places so we needed to call in the experts. Christina was extremely professional and courteous, taking the time to walk us through the 'state' of our roof and reassuring us that we were in a good place with tile being a long lasting choice despite the rough weather here in Northern Texas. The team that did the work from Daniel Nicholas roofing were faster than their estimate and extremely thorough, they took extra time to help with the gutters and pointed out other areas they had fixed along the way without extra charge. They warranty the work which gives us peace of mind that if we see water again, they will fix it for free - great result!

Our roof was recently totaled by some of the nasty hailstorms which came through the area. As a result, we began our search to find a reputable local company that can assist us with a roof replacement.

As a self-confessed perfectionist, I mowed through Yelp, Angie's list, the BBB, and a number of other websites to find the right fit for our needs which provided a healthy balance of value, dependability, and reputation.

After interviewing TWENTY THREE contractors (and driving my wife / our neighbors crazy in the process), we made the decision to move forward w/Daniel Nicholas Roofing. They are based out of the Metroplex, so we knew they could be a company we could count on should downstream issues pop up; and, their A+ rating on the BBB coupled with 5-star ratings on Yelp and Angie's list went into our decision-making process.

More than anything, however, this company's personal touch is what sold us over. Christina and Curtis made multiple trips to visit with us to discuss our options at length and also made several touch-points through the process to ensure that the installation was done to our satisfaction including stopping by the property at regular intervals during the installation.
The installation was done promptly, professionally, and efficiently from the tear-down to the clean-up. Needless to say, we were very pleased and will endorse these guys any day for a job done the right way with a more traditional, high-touch approach.

Over the past 43 years we've had to replace roofs on 2 houses due to North Texas hailstorms for a total of 4 new roofs. Without a doubt Brandon Dowlearn with Danial Nicholas Roofing made the recent job the most pleasant of the 4 experiences. He provided guidance in working with our insurance company, oversaw the entire removal and replacement process and most importantly with knowledge and pride showed us the GAF products we would enjoy when the GAF products were installed on our roof. What started out as having a painter look at some wall damage that magically appeared ended up being a full roof replacement along with all the roof caps and vents, full gutter replacement, full window screen replacement and major sheetrock repair. Brandon from Daniel Nicholas Roofing was recommended to me by a friend and I can not speak highly enough about my experience with him. Brandon was at my house to meet with the insurance adjuster, and personally supervised the entire job from start to finish. I am extremely pleased with the finished work and would highly recommend him for any roofing and/or roofing related issues you may have.
