I really should have written this review long time ago, when our roof was finished. This was on December 08, 2015. Even thought his whole crew of roofers did not show up on the day they were supposed to, due to a job they were doing and did not completely finish because of bad weather, Kelly, the owner, came by the house, called the supplier of materials needed, waited with me until they delivered them, made sure it was all there, and contacted his workers with a full crew to be at our house the next day.
They were all here early, and finished it in the afternoon, cleaned it all up, and did a very good job. I had some questions about some spots that seemed unfinished, called Kelly, and two of his men came almost immediately, took care of these minor overlooks, and fixed everything that was supposed to be fixed. We are very pleased with his services, his personal attention to details, his prompt responses to my calls and most of all, his exceptional skills at good customer service to satisfy the customer, us, at any cost and going above and beyond.
Kelly, the owner, is a young, energetic individual who really cares about doing a perfect job on your house. He is very customer service oriented person, and will do anything to comply with reasonable demands.
I will definitely recommend his roofing company to all my friends and relatives, and just anyone that wants a reliable, honest and great company to do business with. I know I can depend on them and that's important when you trust someone to do any kind of work on your house.
