Customer service was on point and their communication regarding schedule and timing was excellent. Will Moore arrived and was polite and respectful. He gave me candid and honest recommendations. He provided a clean and well written quote in a timely manner and with detailed photos. I would definitely recommend!

I had this company put in a new roof and solar about 2 years ago and they did a great job.
I recently decided to replace some older vinyl gutters and had Will come out to give me an estimate. He came out late in the afternoon, was great as usual and I had the proposal emailed the next morning.

Terrible company. I wish I could give it zero star. Chaotic communication between company members. One person would say something but the other had no idea what he promised. While the project manager acknowledged that our flat roof had low pitch on day one and assuered us that it would be corrected. During the installation, the non-English speaking crew did not seem to know how to repitch the roof. Instead, they made a terrible mistake by removing the barrier wall to chanel water from one area to another, cause flood every time it rains. Two years later, my new roof still leaks everytime it rains, EVERYTIME. It also has severe ponding water issue. We have to get a new roof but I will never again hire this company. Stay away from them.
