Dana Logsdon is very good. We had an appointment and Chad was the person who came and helped us. He was timely, very intentional about listening and understanding what our problem was - we called regarding a potential solar issue, and he was extremely thorough, going above and beyond looking at and explaining different things he was noticing as he went. This also stood out as our solar system had been installed by a different company, so he was looking at everything without prior context and showed integrity in that process. He was honest about what he did and didn't know based on prior experiences and if he didn't have an answer, referred us to where or who may be able to help. We will definitely work with this company in the future for any possible needs.

I had a roof tune up. The pictures didn't make me feel comfortable that the job was done. They sent Devan out to take a second look to assure me that it was all set. great work, super responsive, timely scheduling. we got them to seal up some older cracks in our roof. they also provided photos of the completed work which is super helpful and the work was completed within the day. We also got a few other quotes and knowing what we did about our issues, Dana had the best observations of what needed to be fixed + quality material choices.

They recommended the full silicone coverage but also gave a quote for just repairs as we requested as we didn't want to invest in that this year. My only thing was that I asked a few more questions on alternatives and process and the response was just essentially ""do the the full silicone"" - some more information would've helped but perhaps they work better via phone. But overall no complaints with the work completed, would recommend.

From start to finish, the experience was great! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and hard working, too! The new roof looks great and we are very pleased with it. And the entire crew at Logsdon was first-rate! Also, the office staff at Logsdon is terrific, too--friendly and helpful. And here's a shout-out to Stormy, the (temporary) office greeter dog I got to meet when I stopped by. She's adorable and very sweet.

I met Dana at his booth at a street fair. I showed him the picture of my falling roof tiles. I asked what he would charge me to replace them. He said if he sent one of his guys he would have to charge me, but said he's often in my area and would do it himself at no charge. Which he did! What a great guy! This is the kind of company I want to use when I need a new roof!
