I was not happy with my experience. They had no problem coming out and giving a quote. I then had to call at least 4 times to set up the job. The workers were awesome; friendly and efficient. However, when I received the final invoice, it was $1300. more than the original quote! This was done without any consultation with me. Furthermore, I have a tile roof and the leftover tiles, (more than a hundred) were thrown away. This company lacks in communication.

Great company to use if you need rain gutters. The installation could not have gone smoother and the installers were very friendly and professional. I can't speak to their work, only as a neighbor of work they did next door.
They blew debris on our side of our property and when I asked why, the response of the worker was ""it couldn't be helped"". It was old roofing debris and pine needles, etc. that came into my garden and flowers, not to mention
along a sidewalk with plants and rocks. Offered to ""hose it off"", can't with that type of material. I spent a few hours using a shop vac to get most of it out of my garden, plants and rocks. Not very professional, in my opinion. To add insult, they put the downspouts to drain on our property and I was told they don't know about property lines.. again, unprofessional.

Excellent communication and service from quote to roof to gutters.

We got our initial quote while in escrow to purchase our home. They were quick to respond with a solid quote, and we used that quote to get a credit back from the seller since the house needed a roof. The quote was so thorough and complete that we got no pushback on the request.

Two months later we pulled the trigger on the roof replacement. Dana Logsdon Roofing was communicative throughout the process - delaying our project twice due to rain but telling us as far in advance as they could of the delays - then getting us done and roofed quickly and efficiently.

The gutters were done almost immediately after the roof was completed, again they honored the quoted price and it was simple and easy.
