Terrible experience trying to get a bid from this company. Waited two weeks to have a representative show up. Then they did not even call to let me know he was coming. Then had a frustrating time trying to get the bid out of the owner. Never actually got the bid, but wasted two weeks trying before giving up on them in disgust. Owner rambled on about his political opinions when I called him trying to get the bid finished. Total frustration so just be aware if you get this response from them, move on and don't let them waste your time like I did. I ended up hiring Kent Roofing and am now happy with my newly installed roof.

Dan and his entire team were extremely easy to work with, professional, clean and quick.
Our old shake roof was overdue for replacement. After an initial free estimate, Dan gave us multiple options and did a great job explaining the differences. We then selected the roof that was right for us and Dan gave us a timeline, factoring in weather conditions and making sure he would get the job done without any issues.

The entire work process was smooth, quick and with constant updates from Dan, so we always knew what would be happening next. There were absolutely no surprises.

In the end, the roof and gutters looked fantastic and have been doing a great job for over a year now. There was no need to fix anything, but I'm confident that Dan would be there for me, should I need anything else.

I was looking for someone to take a look at my roof to determine if I needed a new one or if it could be repaired. Being a social media person, I did quite a bit of research and leveraged several sites that I am a frequent. Dan was one company recommended along with several others.

I obtained 3 quotes and chose Dan for the following reasons:
It was easy to make an appointment when I called his office.
When Steve came out, he was on time (early actually) and very thorough
It was determined that my roof was in good shape and a repair was all that was required
When they came for the repair, they showed up on the day they said they would and did a nice job on the repair

Had a roof put on a home that we are selling. They were the lowest and were able to do it the following week. I was leary, but.............. they did a great job. Had them install gutters also and that was great also. Would highly recommend this company.

During the rain storm in February this year, few of the roof ridge caps were blown off by the strong wind. I have cedar shake roof and the roof is about 20+ years old. I don't have any water leak at that point. However, I can see the cedar shake started to curve upward in the middle. I know I need to replace the roof within a within a year. Normally, Winter months are busiest time for roofing companies. I decided to wait until May this year to replace my roof as the roofer doesn't need to rush to finish the job during the low season. Picking out a trusted and reliable roofer is not a easy task. Luckily, one of my fellow toastmasters is The Home Depot store manager. He recommended Dan Elliott Roofing to me. Dan has been in roofing business for 40+ years. I explained my situation to Dan when I spoke to him on the phone. Dan sent his estimator out after two weeks of our phone conversation. I got the quote from Dan in about ten days. Once again, I am not in a hurry to replace the roof. Then, I called Dan in May and let him know that I would to have roof to be replaced. Dan provided a couple of options in terms of roofing materials and colors. Once we settled for the material and color, Dan sent out his team and get the job done within a week. I found his team very professional and the quality of the work is excellent. Dan is very honest upfront. He said he will get my approval first before he needs to buy additional materials for the work. Overall, I would recommend Dan Elliott Roofing for roof replacement.

I can't say enough good things about Dan Elliott, specifically the man himself! Dan was on top of an emergency appointment I needed to book for a client. All our other roof inspectors were a week out for an inspection and I was in a bind. Dan was able to get us inspected and a quote for work in record time. He's pleasant and professional and I look forward to working with him again.

I called Dan Elliott's Roofing Co. on 2/19/2015 and had an appointment set up for a flat roof replacement estimate on 2/21/2015 at 10AM. No one showed up on the appointment day; I then called the office and left a voicemail, but no one bothered to reply. Bad way to conduct a business.

Honest Roofer!
We had a free estimate for an apparent water leak from the roof.
Steve came by and did a careful inspection and found no leak.
He pointed out that our problem was the ventilation of the bathroom area.
Moisture builds up over time and mold shows up that looks like water leak.
He did not charge us anything. Honest repairman is hard to come by.
For their honesty, I think they deserve a good rating.
