BEWARE! Daltex replaced our roof 6 years ago and it has leaked for 6 years!
Lance, the owner, has promised to repair but never has. We have damaged ceilings, walls and carpet due to the leaks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Would give 5 more stars if I could! We reached out to Daltex for some renovation estimates prior to moving into our new home. Lance promptly came out and gave us some honest estimates for our projects. After we agreed on proceeding with Daltex, the team worked hard to get all of our needs met prior to our move-in date. They made sure our vision for our home came to life, and made modifications as we requested them. Lance, Tracy & their team always remained transparent with pricing and were diligent with keeping us informed on progress. We're so happy with our new home thanks to improvements made by Daltex!

Daltex (Lance, Al, and Tracy) replaced roofs for at least 10 houses in our neighborhood after damage from a big storm in the area. All of my neighbors are very pleased with their work. They were very helpful with every step of the process and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am very satisfied and would recommend their company.

I had some hail damage to my roof for the 2nd time in 8 years. The first time I had the roof replaced I was unprepared for the process. The original company did an ok job but they didn't sit down with us beforehand to explain everything the way Lance did. It was a seamless process from start to finish and they even helped with the insurance company. I would definitely use Daltex again without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone.

Do not fall into sales person name Timothy Barnes as he can not honor the contract he made. I had very bad experience where involving independence adjuster and end up I had to pay. He said I will not pay any pennies and I got pingpong with owner. I cut this business relationship. During roof replacement, the worker damaged my ac unit and told me it was somebody else.
Tim said going to replace the gutter but never happened. 1 star is too good, I hope the business will close soon.... too much dishonest action.

I just had my roof replaced and I am very happy with the work they did and the professionalism they showed. Dan was extremely helpful and so nice and so were all of the workers. They were quick, they kept me posted on their progress and they cleaned everything up when they were through. I would definitely recommend this company!!!

Daltex has replaced roofs for my mom, my aunt, myself and friends. I would recommend Datex to anyone! They are fast, professional, helpful and took care of everything. Just be sure you get the right Daltex. Just ask if this is the Daltex with Lance and Tracey. :)

This happen on Oct 28th 2015 and they will not own up to it. SHAME!!-
At 2:30am this morning I needed to quickly evaluate my family from the home and call the fire department. I remember Dan, mentioning the workers need to do something to they gas line, but I could not remember what to tell the fire department. Unfortunately I had to call Dan, early this morning but I didn't get a answer therefore; I left a message. Not blaming Dan for not answering the phone, because it was in the middle of the night.

Fire department:
They insisted we turn off the gas and open all doors and windows. While examining the attic they notice a heavy smelling gas odor; therefore they called Atmos Energy company.

Atmos Energy company:
Inspectors came out and quickly noticed the gas smell. They insisted a nail is through the gas pipeline and placed a shutdown / safety lock on the gas line. *they suggested Dal Tex, send out a ""plumber"" to fix the leak. After everything is fixed, the inspector will come back out and observe your work before removing the lock.

In addition the lighting in the kitchen is not working after the roof installation, however they were working before the the construction story.

Please have someone coming soon whereby my family can enjoy the safety... We felt before the roofing construction.

We called Daltex to give us a bid to inspect and evaluate the condition of our roof. After their inspection, they suggested we call our insurance company to come out to examine the roof, and Dan made himself available to be there to discuss their observations with the insurance examiner. Next thing you know, we were contacted by the insurance company & issued a check for a new roof. Daltex completed the work, adhering to our HOA and insurance company specs, worked with us and our tenant to schedule the job and attend to all follow-up questions. We live out of town, so it was extremely important to us that we had a company that was dedicated to good communication and a solid work ethic. They did a great job, were always helpful, kind, professional and accommodating.
We are very happy with their work, professional attitude and our new roof.
