I've worked with many contractors and Dallas Custom roofing is hands down the best!

They are extremely responsive, patient and courteous. After a significant hail damage we are in need of a new roof, Allan was there to point out all damages (including the minor ones that we don't see) to the insurance adjuster and ensure we get properly reimbursed for all the damages. and he patiently walked us through the whole process. we can not be happier with his service.

After the hail storm two weeks ago I feared my roof was compromised. A friend suggested giving these guys a call, so I did. Prompt, thorough, couldn't be more satisfied with my new roof.

I'll let you be the judge:

3/24 (Th): Contacted Dallas Custom Roofing, setup inspection appointment for 3/27 (Su) around noon to 1 pm. Promised to call before coming.

3/27 (Su): Did not come during the appointment time block, did not receive any phone call or text about a delay. Contacted them at 2:24 pm because I had to leave the house via text, received a call back within 2 minutes indicating they are running late. I gave them permission to inspect my roof without me at home and they promised will contact me for a report after the inspection.

3/28 (M): Nothing.

3/29 (Tu): Contacted them via text at 10:43 am to check if they have completed the inspection. Did not get back to me until 4:02 pm, I missed the call due to a meeting. Did not leave a message, did not reply to my text on the status.

3/30 (W): Nothing.

The only reason I am giving them two stars is because they got back to me very quickly when they missed the appointment time block.

I live in Denver and have to deal with my rental property in Dallas. Allan and his team are patient and honest. They have fixed my roof leaks in a very reasonable price. They are the best i have worked with.
