We had a very small roof leak, called several companies, some of did not answer the phone, others were too busy, so I had to wait over a week, others promised to get back to me and did not, one company came and saw what needed to be done, it was too small of a job, I looked in my neighborhood nextdor.com and found a few recommendations for Roger from Dakoma Roofing, called him, he was extremely professional, polite, came the next day, sent me the estimate, which was very competitive and even though they were pretty booked, they came the very next day and did a beautiful job!
It has been a longer than a week since they repaired the roof and raining almost every day, no problem!!! Excellent customer service and great quality! Thank you!!!

We had a really good experience with Dakoma Roofing for our damaged roof. Roger came and gave a quote the same day I called him. The quote was comprehensive and affordable. When we decided to go with Dakoma (we got several quotes), they were out the next week. The repair was done in three days and Roger called us after to make sure we were satisfied. Overall, super efficient, quality, and pain-free experience. They offer financing as well, but I cannot speak to that as we did not use them for financing. Thanks Roger and team!

I called because of a roof leak. Left a message but they never called back. A couple of weeks later I called them again, got a person, I made an appointment for a roof inspection the following week. I was at home the entire day and night but they never showed up. The next day I called them again. This time it went to voice mail after about 6 rings. After the tone I was about to leave a message when the recording said mail box full. At my age I'm not sure I'll still be alive if I depended on them to repair my roof.
