Our insurance company required a 4 Point Inspection which the inspector found some cracked tiles. We contacted D'Agostino roofing and they came out and inspected within a few days of calling them. After contacting several roofers I can tell you they were the only honest roofer to give us an estimate. Being we had a 4 point inspection we were aware of how many tiles needed to be replaced. The gentlemen that did the actual repair were very conscientious, they took pictures before and after. D'Agostino matched our roof tile the best they could and Francesca who works in the office was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for an honest and reliable roofer.

Vinnie helped us out of a potential disaster, and we are extremely happy and grateful. We called after the recent storms when we had water literally pouring out of the high hat in our kitchen. He came out in a flash and assessed the situation. We were leaving for an extended trip and the thought of leaving without a resolve to our situation was quite upsetting. His crew couldn't have been better. They were so neat, under the circumstances, it could have been quite a mess. They put a tarp over our pool and patio deck, so none of the debris would be all over. It took them a few hours, but when they finished, we had total confidence that they solved the roof leak. Every day when it has rained, our neighbor has come in and no water issues. We're thrilled to have found this wonderful company. They're response to us and being very capable, made us huge fans. Great company!

This review is based on my personal consumer experience on roof repair work in November 2019 and will be broken down into 3 parts (1) Price (2) Communication and (3) Crew/Workmanship. In regards to Price, I will give the company 5 Stars. Numerous estimates were obtained and the company was by far the lowest. In regards to communication, I have to give the company 3 Stars. This is based on the factors that after the repair work was completed; I had a few questions and emailed the administrative assistant a couple of photographs. The assistant indicated that she would print out the pictures give them to the representative and he would call me. (This never happened). Secondly, after the repair work, I emailed the assistant to schedule a date for the roof tiles installment. I requested a Tuesday morning. The assistant emailed me back indicating that Tuesday would be fine but could not give me a time. There was no mentioned in the email that the crew could show up the day before on Monday. Sure enough, on Monday, a crew showed up around noontime. Neither of the 2 man crew spoke English and therefore they were sent away. On Tuesday, the same 2 man crew came to install the tiles plus the original 2 man repair crew in which the ""Lead"" Repairman spoke English. In regards to Crew/ Workmanship, Overall I will give the ""Lead Repairman"" and Lead Tile Installer 4 Stars with the caveat that I really won't know how well the leak was repair until the next rainy season. In regards to the 2 assistants, I will specifically address the Tile Installer assistant in which I will give him only 1 Star. First, let me stress, that I was present during the entire tile installment. This assistant decided he did not want to bring tiles up to the roof via the ladder. Instead, he stood on my brick paver driveway and thru the tiles up to the other assistant on the roof. Sure enough, the assistant on the roof failed to catch a tile, therefore, causing damage to a couple of good roof tiles before falling and shattering on the driveway. Later, the tile installer assistant started to rip up the damage tiles. At this point I climbed my ladder to watch. To my amazement, he started to replace the damage tiles with other damage,crack tiles, each missing pieces of the corners. The assistant then looked for various loose pieces of tile that were left on the roof. In a feeble attempt to find matching corners, he unsuccessfully tried to adhere the lose pieces to the damage tiles. At this point, I pointed for him to get off my roof. The Lead Tile Installer then proceeded to fix the issue and installed good tiles. Lastly, after the crew had left the representative came to my house. I explained the whole issue with the Tile Installer Assistant. The representative never apologize (in my opinion), on the reckless actions and poor quality work of the tile installer assistant.

I reside in Virginia and currently selling a home in Coral Springs which in itself is a challenge doing from a distance, add in a roof repair and the challenge becomes even more stressful. I contracted D'Agostino roofing to handle this for me and advised them of the urgency to complete due to an impending closing date. They said they were up for it and ensured me they could make it happen. The work was scheduled to start within days of my calling and they arrived as promised.

I cannot overstate how impressive the customer service was, not only in terms of getting the work done and keeping me informed, but the back office staff (Lori and Crystal) were amazing in both responsiveness and meeting my needs; and there were many. Did I mention they completed the work ahead of my expectations! If you are in the market for a quality roofing company look no further than these guy's. They will deliver for you and they will also save you money in doing so.

We had a roof leak over a year ago. They came out to fix it . I know roof leaks can tricky to find exactly where it is leaking. They repaired at a reasonable price quick. Had same leak same place. They did not question anything they just came back and fixed it. Now a year later and same spot we see a bit of discoloration in ceiling and called them and wow once again they just came out and fixed it once again! I think they are terrific. Did not have to complain. They just took care of me problem! Good company!
