I was approached by a young salesman named Dominik as soon as I arrived home and was getting out of my car. He immediately asked if I lived there with anybody and if my husband was home, which he was not. This gave me pause but I continued on the conversation. He pitched me a roof evaluation and a quote for a new roof. I told him I was interested to hear a quote as we have been considering a new roof in the near future. He said somebody would call to confirm our appointment and headed out. He then came back 3 times shortly after that conversation. I did not answer the first time because I did not hear him but my cameras picked him up. He then proceeded to peek in windows and knock on the windows at me. Which immediately made me feel extremely unsafe as a woman home alone, which he had already confirmed. The 4th time he returned my husband was home and he confronted him where Dominik said he was told to do that by his manager. We checked my communities Facebook page and several other people posted with similar experiences. We feel harassed and violated and cannot believe that their salesman are not only allowed but encouraged to act so inappropriately.

He stated that ""the office"" would call to confirm my appointment. I don't really see why, after speaking to him and making the appointment, he would need to return to my house 20 minutes later to then confirm my appointment that I had just spoken with him about. He absolutely did knock on my windows and they were not open. I have the entire interaction on my home cameras. It was inappropriate and predatory behavior.

I cannot say anything positive about my brief experience with this firm. I own a home in a rural town in the Northern California with not a lot of of local roofing contractors to choose from. My roof is not leaking but due to its age I wanted to get it inspected and either repaired or replaced. I don't usually sign up for on-line services that connect you to contractor(s). But I did, and within 10 minutes of submitting the form I received a call from DaBella in Redding, Ca. They asked the basic questions about my roof type, condition, etc. So far so good. They even said that they were going to be inspecting a house that is within 30 minutes of mine and suggested a date and time to meet. I advised then that this was a vacation home and I don't live in the area so could not meet with them. Almost instantly, they hung up. When I called back to inquire why that information would cause them to be so rude as to hang up, I was told that their policy requires someone to be there who could make a financial decision about repairs. When I replied that I could easily be reached to discuss their estimate by phone, they would not budge, stating this is their policy. A policy that would appear to only be necessary if you were going to exert the aggressive sales tactics which others have noted in their reviews. Not an approach that is above-board and customer friendly.

This is my 2nd review of this company. After being in my home over 3 hours and being told that we only wanted a quote at this time. They insisted on setting up (or trying to) financing for us. Never once were we told what the shower would cost. I am disabled and have a chronic anxiety & seizure condition. I endured 2 panic attacks while they were here and they did not care. The only person I am I interested in talking to is David V in Redding. He told the salesman to go home for the night bur he refused.

I have not used the company but did have them come give the estimate. I am looking to get a new roof with some gutters. First off these guys are not professional inspectors nor did they have any experience in roofing. They forgot to bring a ladder so used mine which is fine but shows the lack of professionalism. They tried saying the water stains in the attic are leaks and tried to convince me that it's definitely leaking even though I told them no its not leaking and those are stains from before when the roof was done 20yrs ago. Right there I knew they didn't totally know what they were looking at. I did find them to be thorough and it was helpful to know how bad the roof was because we hadnt really been on top to check it out. We were quoted 47k for our super simple roof about 1100sq ft with gutters. The guy said in CA we have to replace the shiplap but I could not find anything law or regulations related to that nor did my local building office say this was mandatory. The cost to replace the wood is a giant cost and because they wont do the job without taking all the shiplap off and replacing it we decided not to go with them. They also mentioned I couldn't keep the shiplap which is odd since its my house and my wood. Anyways I think its worth the free estimate. Yes they are gonna try real hard to sell and get you to buy and sign a contract right then and there, they will tell you that this offer is only for now so you will lose 2-3k in savings. Just dont fall for it and get your free estimate, those savings are always there and if you decide to go with them months down the line they will still offer all those discounts.

Very aggressive sales pitch. After two hours we were finally given a quote of 38k for a new roof. That is $29,000 over the going rate in our neighborhood. This is a professional con artist. Their sales pitch is impressive, and knowledgeable, basically a scare tactic of how bad your roof is. Which we know it is. When my husband told him we don't need to go any further, after hearing the estimate, the salesperson became indignant. He claimed we were not letting him do his job. Then he asked if we were wasting his time!!! To make matters worse, he called his boss and miraculously had the fee lowered to $20k. I'm done and walked away. We live in a mobile home park, there is a sign that says no soliciting. Their salesmen come in after hours to solicit, once the manager is gone.

I agreed to let this company come into my house and prepare a quote to re-roof my house. The two representatives were very knowledgeable about their business. But after an hour and a half, they still hadn't presented the quote. One of them kept asking about my credit rating and talking about financing options, even though I told him 4 times that I would not be financing the work.
I finally got irritated and asked them to leave.
This whole encounter reminded me of a time share presentation that I once attended

My review is only for the 2 gentlemen who came to give me an estimate. I did not have any work done. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to make this investment right now.
Joseph Jacobson and Zach Jackson were truly exceptional! I would want them to work for me! I was in awe! They were professional and personable, very kind, articulate, knowledgeable of the materials used and the companys existence, took their time to answer questions and made me feel very comfortable! They respected my concerns. DaBella hit the jackpot with these 2!
DaBella needs to know what amazing reps they have on their team!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. The GM Scott forged my signature when my roof was ""completed"" so the bank could pay them and my payments would start. After going back and fourth with the bank they sent a copy of the paper that acknowledges it was done and it was not my signature! They never completed the full job they promised they would replace my chimney pipe when they did the roof and they never did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
