Please train your sales rep to be more RESPECTFUL and STOP BEING SUPER PUSHY when a customer already expressed they are not interested and have no needs.

Multiple follow up phone calls and sales rep revisiting multiple times is becoming stressful. 8pm is when people just want to chill from the day and not want to deal with any type of solicitation.

On Tuesday, 4/25/2023, the person answering the phone said that she was in a meeting and that she would get us the paperwork to cancel our order in about an hour. As usual, we did not hear back from them the rest of the day. We really wanted our door/window that was promised at the end of January but it has been a nightmare dealing with this company. Give us our money back so that we can give our business to a reputable company!

I am looking into window replacement and called them for a quote, and Niko came out today.
He was thorough, explained everything and had sample window. Quality product. As I explained when he arrived I was not making a decision today, and wanted a quote only.
Very personable, and answered all my questions.
Price higher than I was expecting, and am still getting other quotes.
I would recommend Niko.

Nico came out to my house from the Bella windows and gave me an excellent presentation regarding the exceptional standards of his company. He explained several things that I didn't know and it was quite educational. I didn't feel like I was pushed or forced to make a purchase. I would highly recommend him and GO BeBella !!!!!'n

Do not do business with these people. They'll come to your door and bother you and not leave. I tried politely saying ""no"" and he just kept talking. He said he wasn't trying to sell me anything, while blatantly trying to sell me a new roof. Even after telling him to ""fuck off"" multiple times, he wouldn't leave my door until I went outside to confront him. These people are a drag on the economy and do not deserve to own a business.

After 3 estimates I decided to go with DaBella, even though they were the most expensive of the three, because they promised me to install the GAF solar shingles. The overall cost of the roof and the solar sounded really good. They claimed that they have the solar shingles and I will be the first on San Diego to have it, a completely LIE. Like the other people complain they took like 3 hours to go through all the bullshit in propaganda and they were very aggressive that if you don't contract with them right away don't bother to call them again. I INSISTED that the only reason I contract with them was because of the discounted solar installation. But all was a LIE, they didn't even had the contract with GAF for using the solar shingles even though they claimed that their people was trained to do the installation. They subcontract the roof installation from another company. They don't do any installation at all. Another LIE from them
They never installed the solar shingles and they promised me a 10% discount, So far it's been 1 month and I haven't received anything but they are promptly the next day to ask you for your money.

I also have leaks on my new roof and they even haven't returned to make the service they promised because they installed the incorrect vents. I have black spots on my ceiling that I need to paint.

Please don't waste your MONEY and TIME with this people. They are good liars, there are plenty of good companies out there.
Not I only paid for an over expensive roof installation but for a bad installation too and no solar shingles at all.
After I complained with the BBB they showed up but they haven't even fulfilled their promise.

wrote my original review the day of completion of my new $$$ roof. Today, November 8 it rained. I have a total of three leaks. After repeated emails to the salesman a woman from the office called to tell me someone will come out and look. Had I been made aware at the time of purchase that DaBella does not do the actual work. it is contracted out to a third party I would never had them do the job.

Rain is predicted, but we don't have to worry. We're safe and snug under our new Dabella roof!

Our roof is beautiful, but what was even more important was the help we got from Dabella, specifically from Ava Ai and James Morgan, in dealing with our solar panel company. It didn't want to honor its warranty and had just ignored our complaints. Ava and James knew how to contact it and got through the bureaucracy effectively. They also helped us with figure out the finances.

I would definitely work with Dabella again!

Two sales associates came to my house to give me a quote. Andres and Kaelen, were very polite and courteous. They gave me a professional presentation about their windows and about their company and financing. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
