Since 2011, DaBella has expanded to become one of the largest home improvement service providers in the country. “Our primary mission is to look after families and their homes,” expressed CEO Donnie McMillan, Jr. “The swift expansion we’ve achieved in a short span is an incredible story. In our industry, many people aspire to own a business, usually driven by the pursuit of wealth. Yet, the start of our story is different. It involves a driven, young family who had experience in the home improvement sector but envisioned a different type of service company. The aim was not merely to establish a business, but to build an extended family, where employees, suppliers, and most importantly, customers, felt like family. Interestingly, the company was established just as the family was blessed with twins. Indeed, the company’s name comes from a combination of their names -- David and Isabella. Yet, DaBella embodies much more than just a company name. Since the beginning, it has been a second family name for our team. It represents a business that serves the needs of families.

DaBella came through Angie's List so I trusted the Refferal. it was supposed to be 4-6 wee wait for installation and they are finally done, 7 months later. lack in customer servic, the windows are not worth the price, the installers are NOT factory trained as a matter of fact they were sub contracted from a subcontractor!! I wouldn't recommend Dabella to anyone, seriously, I don't know how they are in business!
MEET WITH LEON AND CONNER YESTERDAY. Great salesman, know what there talking about , Straight to the point no hassle, showed up on time, great customer service. Highly recommend them they make u feel as if they were apart of your family.

Contracted for windows July 23'. They came today for the 3rd time with the wrong order!!!. Contracted for a roof that they rescheduled 7 times, but at least i was able to cancel the contract. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called in November responded to in Jan 24'. Steer real clear of this company!!!! Worst ever. Give it a 0 if I could!
christine c.As of December 2023, our French doors were finally installed (the extra delay in October was due to them ordering/delivering the wrong door ). It took about 8 hours for the guys to install the door. It looks beautiful, I just wish it didn't take almost a year to have it installed. They also took off
$1,000 for our troubles (I'd argue for more off TBH). Yes, the work was quality; BUT I will emphasize with the lack of communication, revolving door of project managers and slow service, we do not recommend DaBella.

Tracey W.I wish I could give zero stars as we have not had a positive experience and we still don't have windows. We were promised in May 2023 that we would have windows quickly and we still don't have a completed service.
It is impossible to get in touch with anyone, they don't send updates when there are delays, and they don't show up for appointments. We've also asked for our tenants not to be disturbed and they've show up without warning.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Still trying to get an update after phones and an email to the GM/customer service.
We had an appointment scheduled and they never showed up or called. I attempted to contact them with no response.
Great experience. Tina and James showed up with bright smiles and experienced attitudes. They really took the time to explain their products and pricing. We can't wait to see how our new bathroom will turn out. Thanks for the hard work!
Initial meet and greet went well. During measuring a lot of questions about making decision today. I expressly indicated I would not be making decision today. They kept acknowledging my no and said they respected my decision. Only to ask what would it take to make a decision today. Wrote up 3 proposals best with triple pane windows, next best double pane and thirdly cheapest. I again said I was not choosing today. On the proposal sheet they drew two houses one with one tick mark inside and the other with 3 tick marks in it and stated the first house represents closing the deal today , the second with 3 tick marks represent coming back to answer more questions. The question was who would get the better discount. Discrimination at its best. At this point I ended the sales pitch and asked them to vacate my property. They would not leave until I called the police. They sat there calling the main office as if the main office had jurisdiction over my house, mind you one salesman was 6'7"" and the other 5'7"" and I am 5'5"" and completely disabled (stroke) . Disrespectful representatives of company. It seems to be a pattern. Would not recommend!!!
