We feel so lucky to have found Darwin T. This is the second major project which Darwin has done for me. This work was nothing short of transformational. Darwin's work more than exceeded even my best case expectations, turning a dull and shabby basement-like living space + weathered back yard into what looks like a 5-star hotel indoor/outdoor spa! The photos speak for themselves.

My neighbors on both sides were so impressed with Darwin's work that both neighbors have since hired him to renovate their back yards as well. And now we have 3 of the most amazing backyards in the neighborhood.

As is always the case with Darwin, his workmanship was impeccable and the project was completed on-time and on-budget.

One of my favorite aspects of working with Darwin is his honesty, integrity and creativity. For example, I had multiple types of leftover tiles from a previous job, but none were enough for a full project. So Darwin designed and built matching mosaics for my entry way and fireplace out of the leftover tiles. Not only did this save me money, but it looks absolutely amazing! Basically I ended up with a custom built eclectic design that ties together all my various floors and walls (for a lower cost than if I had put in stock ikea materials).

Darwin was working on our neighbor's yard. We were so impressed that we asked him to do work on our yard. We have a tricky curved embankment with railroad ties and a custom deck with 30 degree angles. Darwin not only replicated the original design but made it even better. He is a true craftsman.

We hired Darwin and his team to do siding and trim repair/replacement and exterior painting and they did a great job. They worked with us to find solutions and executed the work in an efficient manner. I also appreciated that they cleaned up as they went, including cleaning up paint chips in the neighbor's yard. He did the work himself for the siding/trim and managed the painting team. Communication with him has been easy and straight forward.

Darwin Torres and his crew did a great job replacing my siding with fiber cement lap siding. They took out the old siding and insulated everything before installing and painting the rear of my house. The price was reasonable and the crew was efficient. Darwin is very responsive to any issues that I brought up as the job was progressing and addressed everything. He was readily available by phone and always arrived when he said he would. I would definitely recommend him and already have other projects in line for him to help out with.
