D.R. Marineau Roofing is fantastic.
Great workmanship. I went w/a roofing company for installation as I feared roof leaks after install. Had 4-5 hefty rainfalls so far in Ft. Myers and no leaks thus far.
Also very impressed the sales guy was here during the install to guide me where the Solatubes would give greatest light yet look symmetrical on my indoor ceilings.
Great company.
Have already recommended this company to others.

We had our roof replaced by DR Martineau Roofing several weeks ago. They were timely (from initial phone call to the dates of construction), they communicated with us on a daily basis and the team of employees they had was responsive, respectful and worked well together.

The owner of the company called us directly and showed up to check on the work as it was being completed. I never saw a crew of harder works or a more professional roofing group. We started out with another roofer (I can't name names) and they were the opposite of DR Martineau.

I highly recommend avoiding this organization. Their workmanship and quality is marginal at best. Once they leave that is it they do not stand behind their work. I had high hope because they talk a good story and are friendly until the job is done then you are nobody to them. Avoid at all costs!

Do not use or recommend this company! They claim to be all about customer service, but it's just words on a website. I bought a house with a new roof on it they had done that leaked badly in the rain. Their customer service manager left me hanging for two months after an initial contact in spite of repeated attempts to reach him, then lied about trying ""on multiple occasions"" to contact me. Then he tried a different lie by saying he must have been trying to reach the original owners (who also heard nothing from him). When all this was brought to Dan Martineau's attention, he never once apologized or took any responsibility for his employee's behavior and the way I was treated other than to say the guy had been fired for other reasons. Oh, and it was apparently all my fault anyway for not immediately going over the service manager's head and calling the owner. By contrast, when I called a different roofing company, they had my problem inspected, identified, and quoted within 24 hours and ready to fix immediately upon getting my approval to move ahead. Now, that's customer service! DR Martineau could take a lesson.

Charles and crew came out in a very timely manner and fixed our roof. Explained in detail what was happening and what needed to be done. Had some great recommendations on what to look out for. Great communication and pictures throughout the whole process

Want more roof leaks than you started with? These are your guys. The roof now has 2 leaks that it didn't have before. Yard and property clean up sucked, left debris everywhere. I'm in a rental so my landlord will be dealing with this company but you've been warned.

Angel V. Was our initial contact with the company. He came out and assessed the problem. Our roof was leaking but there was no obvious source for the leak. Angel took photos of the suspect area and we discussed repair possibilities.

He offered two possible repair options. After considering the possible source of the leak, we chose the option giving us a one year warranty.

Daniel & Gilbert were our crew. They did an excellent job, were cheerful and explained things well as the job proceeded. They did neat work, cleaned the area when done and we enjoyed having them ""on the roof"".

I want to add that we have a very steep metal roof, they worked safely and efficiently.

I would definitely recommend DR Martineau and this crew to anyone needing roof work or repair.

DR Martineau construction was great. We had a new roof put on. They were so professional!
All the workers were kind and considerate and very hard working. The efficiency of everything was perfect. They timed it all out beautifully from the first night that someone came to lay down the plastic and the plywood to the dumpster delivery and pick up. They cleaned up every night and were here bright and early each day. This was all done over the Christmas and New Year's holiday and we were not inconvenienced at all. GREAT JOB!

The Roof LOOKS GREAT BUT, it IS Leaking!!!!! down the inside of the inside of the wall that leads from my entry way to the hallway onto the floor!!!! The roof never leaked before the whole roof was replaced following Hurricane Erma. I live in Fort Myers not San Franscisco

If there was a way to give zero stars I absolutely would for this company. Since having them do an entire roof replacement for me this summer not only has it leaked but other parts have needed to be fixed. Unfortunately after taking our 12k for the job it became impossible to get them back out to repair their mistakes as they were too busy chasing new money from hurricane repair jobs. In fact the owner promised me multiple different days he'd be out just to continuously flake on the meeting without so much as a phone call. I'm now out of pocket to other roof companies to fix their mistakes. Stay away from this crooked company and their unscrupulous owner.
