My mother's duplex had been red-tagged by the City of Sacramento as a dangerous structure due to the weight of the tile roof on inadequate trusses. Greg worked with a Structural Engineer to redesign the roof-line, worked with the City to get plans approved, then completed the job in a timely manner so that we could repair the property and sell it at a profit! Had it not been for Greg's can-do attitude we would have had to tear down the property! Great contractor! We had a roof leak in an odd area where a bunch of different angles came together. Greg came out to Fairfield to give us an estimate. He listened to our concerns and prepared an accurate estimate including a warranty on his work. We scheduled the work. Greg bumped up the job when rain was in the forecast for when the work was originally scheduled. He and his crew did the work quickly and left the area very clean. He called back after the next rain to make sure there were not any problems. I highly recommend you give D&L a call to bid on your roofing job.

Greg was thorough in his initial estimate, which eliminated any surprises as the work progressed. The job was completed within the time frame and budget in the agreement. Our roof was like a slice of swiss cheese, but D&L came in and made it as good as new. D&L has been out to review their work on two separate occassions after it rained and have addressed any issues quickly and without trying to gouge us for a few more dollars. D&L clearly knows their business and how to take care of their customers.
