D & J Roofing was referred to me by a friend that is a custom home builder ( RW Lewis Builders in Newport Beach, CA ). There were two weeks of rain issues to deal with. When the skies were clear, these guys showed up in force. I counted 7 trucks one day at our home. They also offer seamless gutters. Thank you, Jerry. Victor responded to my call for help - huge snows at Mammoth Feb of 2019. Was quick with his estimate and getting his workers deployed - even though there was a crazy amount of work to go around! Got the job done quickly and kept my roof from collapsing!! All good!! THANK YOU!!

yeah, can I give Zero stars? I would love to give Zero. Imagine this: the roofer who installed the roof on your townhome, who is called upon for repairs and was also given a generous budget to get a bunch of leaks fixed by a certain date (which are causing extensive damage to all floors of our place). He never shows. No call, no voicemail, etc. So after the promised date, I text a very professionally worded text to get the attention of Jerry (the owner). I run the text by my wife, the facilities manager and others to make sure this guy doesn't take anything personally. All good. So this is the fun part, Jerry decides to call me and proceed to yell and scream at me and tell me to 'stick the job up my butt' and 'you aren't important enough for me' and 'I'm too arrogant for the work' and belittling me and screaming at me on the phone for a whole 5 minutes. I work with producers and directors every day, so I'm good at dealing with people like this so I try to calm him down and think maybe a civilized conversation would be possible, then he hangs up on me while ranting and raving. Then a few minutes later I get a wonderful voicemail that repeats most of what he said again as well as some more personal attacks. Poor Jerry. Do you want to do business with this guy? I think not.
