Never Bothered to show up or call.
We had two different appointments set with D & D Roofing to get an estimate for a roof repair. Both times they never bothered to show up. No call, No Text, or Email. Just a NO SHOW both times. We stayed at home waiting for hours both times for D & D to arrive and give the estimate, only to be disappointed. Don't waste your time as we did.

When I discovered a new roof leak 2 years ago, I was terrified because of bad experiences I had with other roofers. The leak over my garage took more than 2 years to fix, going through several contractors who caused more damages than repairs. One roofer cut a man-size hole in my garage ceiling to assess the leak. That damage was never compensated but worse the leak was not fixed. Swearing not to repeat the frustrations with the new leak, I decided to hire local instead of those 1-800's and discovered D & D Roofing. It was a God-sent! Dave came and fixed the leak. It survives 2 raining seasons until recently I found the leak has spread a little bit. I decided to called Dave again. He came over and installed a flexible lead flashing over the original leak and on top of that, installed a rubber boot over a vent pipe where the original boot had started to crack. He did not ask for any money for the repair. Another reviewer said he is a rare gem, I wholeheartedly agree!

With our first rain here in our newly purchased house came our first leak. We were advised to give D & D Roofing a call, and they were very kind over the phone and offered to come out even in the rain.
Very knowledgeable, and definitely the kind of people who care greatly about their work. You're not getting a blow and go corporate kid, you're getting a rare gem worth every penny! I will definitely be calling back for future repair and replacement on all my homes

Dave did my roof over 10 years ago and did a great job. Recently I found a leak in one of the vent pipes and called Dave. He came right over replaced the rubber boot that had started to crack and found another one that needed replacing and fixed that as well. He refused to take any money for the repair. 10 years later and he is still providing amazing customer service.
