Kelly G.Had a small amount of damage to my roof following the hurricanes ( 2 areas of loose shingles and exposed nails per my 4 point inspection report for my insurance company) so I sent out yelp task to get some estimates. Had 4 different companies come out to give me a quotes. After this company owner, Derek, inspected my roof, he called me and repeated over and over there were multiple problems with the roof. I knew something was off when I was talking to him by the stress he placing on the damage. Luckily I had already had 3 other people come out and give me quotes and all were reasonably priced, except Derek from DAC who quoted me MORE THAN 500% (equal to $4000 more) over the next highest quote I received. This company is definitely trying to gouge people and take advantage of the increased ""need"". Stay away! He's a scam.
