DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY
They appear to be be knowledgeable, accommodating And attentive until you pay them.
Their work fails, they avoid phone calls and texts. They have excuse after excuse for why they don't come. Scheduling, factory mistakes, health issues, helping family.....the list is endless. Now they have disconnected their phone

BEWARE! What seems like knowledgable guys, good personalities and fair prices is all a front until they get paid. After that, you won't ever see them again, making whatever warranty they offer complete ""BS"".

Once they have your money, they won't honor their work. I have been trying to contact them for weeks as the repair/patch they did failed. Now after 3 canceled appointments, they are non-existent and won't pick up phone. $1500 lost. What is a 2 year warranty if they won't even call you back?

1st Appointment canceled due to scheduling or something
2nd Appointment for repair Feb 13th, 2019 (canceled due to single tech being in hospital. The company advertises they are 30 employees on thumbtack.)
3rd Appointment for repair Feb 26th, 2019 (Canceled due to ""Possible"" inclement weather. Which means my roof will leak.... I asked for them to bring a tarp to cover the issue...for the 2nd time, never responded)
This is where all communication with the company stops... they don't pick up there phone and won't return emails or texts.

Well to really to see how well the work is but only been 4 business days from completion. Have gotten ugly texts and calls from Juan the guy who did my roof.
Here is his text.

It is idiotic that they would take two weeks to send a check and all of the sudden they're sending a check today
, If I don't get it in the mailbox asap I will not ask anymore, I will come to your house to get it

I just hope their 2 year warranty is worthy.
