Ms K.I messaged him through his website, and he responded enthusiastically, seeming eager to do the job. We scheduled a date and time for him to come look at the job we needed done. As we sat waiting for him, he never showed up. I messaged him 2 hours after our scheduled time, and he is no longer responding.
Our scheduled date/time was on New Years Eve at 3 pm, which I wouldn't have expected him to want, but he was eager to come asap and offered to come on that day. I guess he might have decided to go party instead. He should have called to let me know he couldn't make it.
I wouldn't recommend this unprofessional flake. If he can't be trusted to show up, I certainly wouldn't trust him to do an important job correctly.
Patti W.I hired this gentleman to screen in my back patio. Multiple times I called him he didn't return the call. When I finally mentioned that he would have to get a permit because that's the law he never returned my call after that or my texts. I would not recommend this company for any job. I feel like I wasted a lot of time and effort on my part waiting for them to contact me or keep me informed about the job he was hired to do. I do not feel they are reliable or handle business like business should be handled.
