Pete got back to me right away when I called. We arranged for a time for him to come out and look at my roof and he was very punctual. He did a thorough evaluation of the roof and gave me his recommendation for the needed repairs. It was complete and the bid was fair. My roof was back in tip top shape in no time. I have no reservations in my recommendation of Pete and Custom Roofing & Gutters.

They did thye work on time, on budget, cleaned up when done and were really efficient. I Need a roof done on another home, so I am calling Peter again. My experience was in March and I'm finally getting around to doing a review. Shame on me. I had a leak in my kitchen. Called Customer Roofing and the owner, Pete Flores, came by the same day. It was raining that day so he could see that the leak was caused by PG&E entry lines into my attic. He said he could come back when the weather was good but was honest in telling me it was an easy fix and I could do it myself with a foam sealant. I had my handyman do it last week, which reminded me to write the review. Thank you Pete.

I called Pete during the large storms we have been having because my old roof was leaking. I know all roofers are slammed right now with the horrible weather. Pete made time to come out and assess and address the issues and then tarp my roof until he could get back. By the way this was within four days.
Bottom line is great customer service and excellent craftsmanship. I am a very happy customer.

As I have written in other reviews, if you answer your phone when I call, then we have started on the right foot. Pete not only answered my call the first time, but every time I called. He took the time to talk to me about any issues or questions I had, at any time. the work was done quickly and efficiently and my roof and gutters look great.We found him through the BBB website. I would recommend custom roofing to anyone.

We were referred to Pete Flores by a friend who was happy with the roofing job they got done on their 4 bedroom home a year ago. My hubby found Peter R. Flores from Custom Roofing right here locally. They did an amazing job and we were glad to keep our business local. They were efficient and affordable.
