On my first roof with him, Ivan took a few months to call me back....the first time i contacted him. But he and his crew did such a good job that i am hiring him for another house. Ivan personally gets involved with each roof and most of his crew are guys that have been with him for years. They did a good job and worked well with preparing my roof for solar which Justin at his solar company did the install.

Ivan Acevado is the owner of this company. He is extremely knowledgeable as well as personable. Out of 5 bids received he included the most comprehensive quote and included items like fascia and plywood replacement in his base bid. His bid provided the most value for the dollar.

The work included removal of existing 40 year old flat concrete tile and replacing it with new S style Eagle concrete tile. He included 2 layers of enhanced underlayment.

The amount of extra care he took in flashing around the fireplaces, skylights and other areas of penetration was great. The original flashing in these areas was poor and I was happy to see the care he took in correcting these areas. Charges for additional labor not included in his bid was done at a lower unit price than his competitors had bid.

His men were at the house each morning before 7 and started work promptly at 7AM. They were courteous and skilled in their work. Wood repair was no problem and looked great.

He did what he said he would do and did it in a timely fashion. I would recommend him without hesitation.
