I would highly recommend Custom Roof Crafters. If you are putting on a metal roof, they are THE ones to do the job! Ray installed my roof last October. I live in Sierra snow country, and he made sure I understood what was needed to change to a metal roof. He even recommended I should not replace my gutters until I went through a winter to see how they would handle the snow coming off the roof. He came back this spring to remove the gutters at NO charge to me. Amazing customer service - not found very often these days. They work hard, do quality install, and make sure to clean up the job site. Thank you, Ray!

It's been several years now since Ray Schultze installed our metal roof and we are still thrilled with it! Our old shake shingle roof had been leaking and Ray removed the old roof and made all needed repairs and underlayment/trim replacements. He applied for all the permits and made sure the city inspectors were satisfied with his work every step of the way. He also installed two skylights and a solar attic fan for us to complete the job! He cleaned up all debris and nails from our yard nightly and didn't mind our dogs being under foot. In fact, one of our dogs was ready to go home with him! After coming in 30% lower than the next lowest bid, Custom Roof Crafters just finished our new metal roof, on time and on budget, and our new metal roof is fantastic. Ray had our old wood shake roof removed in less than three hours and made our new metal roof by hand in our driveway. The word ""custom"" in their name is no joke. After picking the roof color, and prepping the old roof with new sheeting, they fed large spools of metal through a machine in our driveway and made the panels and our entire roof by hand. Ray is a true craftsman and a perfectionist. He went the extra mile to remove sags and move outdated and ugly vents to the backside of our very old home, which was built in the 1950s. How often do you finish a home improvement project and love your contractor? Not very often, but we love Custom Roof Crafters and we have already referred them to friends. Ray is a prince and a total professional; you will not be disappointed.

Ray has put roofs on my house and my duplex. I have been extremely happy with both properties that he roofed. All work was done in a timely manner and Ray was very professional and courteous. I would have Ray do my roof again, if I live that long!!
