Great Roofing company returned every email answered my questions the crew were very professional came out at 11:30 was done with the roof by 5:00 6 hrs and the roof was done and it is beautiful could not believe how nice it turned out they did everything we asked no problem I would highly recommend this company and this team Thank You Very Much.

They came out quick and got done in a day. Even had some changes to add vents to the roof and still got it done in a day. The roof looks great. The vents are very low profile and don't take away from the roof line at all. Also, Rick's recommendation to add 7 vents was perfect because our house is much cooler now that the hot air can leave the attic space properly.

I was getting solar and needed a new roof. Custom roof had the lowest bid to the solar company and that's who I got. So glad, they are fantastic.

I highly recommend Custom Roof Company. I only found Rick/ Custom Roof Company because they did another local house and the homeowner recommended them. I am so glad to have found Rick. I interviewed other companies, but no one was willing to help me get rid of an ugly overhang. Rick coordinated with a carpenter to achieve my desired result. I had to wait a little bit to get the roof done due to weather, me pushing out the date due to company visiting and then other customers were on the schedule before me. However, the wait was totally worth it. Once Rick started it was amazing at how fast it went. Three layers of roofing were literally pulled off the house and cleaned up in one morning in a couple of hours. Then new plywood went down one day, permits approved by the city the next day and shingles went on the following day. The process was so easy!

Called for an appointment. Was to be there 3-4, showed up 430 without calling to let us know he would be late. Sent a man out to measure who said he did not know about rain gutters. Indicated we would have an estimate the next day and NEVER got a call back.

Terrible experience. I found custom roof company in the yellow pages last January and they came out to fix my roof. After the repair was done I was instructed to make the check out to Robert Santana. A week later the roof still leaked so I called them back because their work is warrantied. I was informed by Rick that his employee was not authorized to do the work or receive a check for the repair. I told him that I was also in business and could relate to his problem, but we made out the check as his employee instructed. He requested that I send him the cancelled checks so he could pursue action against his employee which I did and he agreed to warranty the repair that I paid for. I just met with Rick today and he totally blew me off and told me that I have a contract with Robert Santana and not his company! I informed him that you sent me this person after I called his company phone # in the yellow pages and that he is still responsible for the repair. I told him the customer should not be responsible for a company's bad employee. I still have a leaky roof and RICK will not accept the responsiblity for this repair. I will never recommend this company and am reporting this to the Contractor's Licensing Board and the BBB which they are registered with. John H.
