I have used Custom Remodeling for several projects including a new roof on my home, a stand alone garage on my property, vinyl siding, Sheetrock work, and most recently new fencing. This company does excellent work and their customer service is exemplary. The work is always completed in a timely manner and the costs are most reasonable. I had a leak in my roof and I had multiple companies try to find the leak. Custom Remodeling quickly found the leak and helped me with the insurance claim. They not only fixed my roof but they fixed the damage inside. This process was so easy and I couldn't ask for a better experience! Everyone one I talked to was very professional and so nice. There's not a better company, in my opinion!

This company replaced the roof on my house on an insurance claim. After 7 months I developed 2 leaks in the roof and was told 4 times someone would come out to inspecr the roof. The last calll the man said he had no record of even doing the work! Didn't have a problem cashing the check tho. Do not recommend doing businews with this compan!

These people are so shady they don't have shadows. I used them to repair my house after a fire. Worst decision I ever made! I thought I had a good friend there that would look out for my best interest. I was wrong on both accounts. l Caught them lying multiple times. They told me my flooring was discontinued. They selected flooring and put it down without consulting me and tried to choose my carpet. Three days later my insurance adjuster contacted me to let me know that the value of my carpet and flooring was back from the lab and gave me the dollar amount. Nobody at Custom Remodeling could explain how they knew what spend without a budget. The cherry on top of this one is I found out later my flooring was not even discontinued. I should have fired them, but I was advised not to change horses that far in the race. there is so much more I could type of their dishonesty, shady business practices, and poor quality of work. After they were a month overdue of completion. I gave them a week notice of terminating the contract and punch list of the major things that still was not completed. After I took the key box down and at the end of the week. I paid them for the work they completed. The owner of the Custom Remodeling actually tried to cheat me to the end... He wanted to be paid for the work they didn't do!! Don't let these crooks on your property!

The Custom Remodeling Team did an outstanding job re-roofing my house in Lakeland, TN. They were prompt and completed the job in one day. They covered my shrubs and outer perimeter of the house with canvas tarps to ensure that no debris was left behind. They even blew the leaves out of my gutters and into the woods below my house.

They worked seamlessly with my Insurance company to ensure this was covered by insurance.
