Our roof was old and the tiles were blowing away in the wind. I called about 7 roofing companies to get a bid. Custom contractor Jim Wilson came out to give me a bid. Out of all 7 companies, he was the only one that called me to see if I had any questions. His bid wasn't the lowest, but after calling him a couple times about questions, we went with his company. The crew came out on Friday and by Saturday afternoon, they were done. It was so quick. Our neighbors all came to say how appreciative they were that we got it done quickly and of course how nice our roof looks. During the process, the crew answered my questions and if they couldn't answer, they called Jim. Jim was calling me within the minute. Loved their customer service. Definitely recommend.
