I echo the one star reviews here. After having our roof replaced by Custom Home, we discovered a leak near the gutter at the back of the house. Our contract specifically stated that the work would include sealing the scupper. We had one of the company's workers come and inspect the property and he let us know that the scupper was the problem and had not, in fact, been sealed in the initial work. Despite numerous phone calls, texts and emails I have yet to receive a reply from this company. What good is a warranty if the company disappears on you? Currently considering legal action as I am out thousands of dollars with a defective roof. Shameful business practices.

Save your money and go elsewhere. I had an absolutely horrible experience with my sales rep and the owner of the business. Horrible communication through out. It took me disputing my charges for them to finish the project. Then the day after they finally finish they begin badgering me for payment.

I used a referral service to get hooked up with this company. I made the appointment about 5-6 days before the service. The day before the service, I spoke to Tony Alvarez about the specifics of my problem. I had a leak that was coming from my roof and it was supposed to rain the day after my service. Obviously, if my roof/leak was not repaired, then I might incur more damage to my house due to the rain. He was supposed to arrive between 1230 and 430 for my service. Tony told me that he expected to be at my house at 3pm and that he would keep me informed during the day. On the day, I arrived at my home around 1230. I did not hear from Tony all day until I sent him a text message. At 330, he informed me that he would not be coming to my house that day. I replied that this was unprofessional. He told me that if I was not satisfied that I could get someone else to do the job. Really? How was I supposed to find a roofer between 330 and 4pm to come to my house and fix my roof on the same day. The next day it rained and the water spot on my ceiling has gotten bigger. Further, I now see a line on my wall which means water was dripping down my wall on the inside of the wall. This further damage would not have occurred had this company fulfilled its obligation. BTW, Tony also told me that he knew at 8am that he would not be able to make our appointment that day. However, he did not call or text me to let me know this fact. He did have my phone number because we spoke the day before. The referral service tried to reschedule my appointment, but they told me that I would have to use the same company. Are you kidding? I was not about to do that.
