I don't know where to begin but you should not even consider using this company.
They were referred to them by my solar company and I didnt do the normal research because I was hung up on the solar panel part. I always read YELP and I just spaced on it. If I had...well I would have gone elsewhere.
First, in 2014, we got a quote quickly and signed an agreement easily. That was the only easy in the four year relationship! They put off the project continually, many excuses and no returned calls. After 2 months the roof went on. Being in California with little rain, we didn't realize that the roof leaked for a year. Then we got some rain and I had leaks all over. One around a skylight went into my piano. They finally fixed it and acted like it was normal. The patio roof buckled and warped the first year. Then my patio leaked from two locations for 3 years and ruined my patio furniture and table. Calls to meet me and fix it were delayed. Brian would say he was coming on a day and never showed up. NO call or anything.When the rain stopped they weren't in a hurry to get here to fix it. I have a list of excuses a mile long from, broken cars, bad colds, vacations, other jobs and friends that died that kept them from repairing the roof for three years. It was almost comical except for the large cracks in my kitchen that went across the whole room and dining room. I had to have a hole cut in the ceiling to find it, then the repair of the whole wall and ceiling was a mess. I paid for it!! Brian looks like he is a stoner from the 60's and talks like one but I think he's actually younger, just worn out and is losing it. He promises things then back peddles and doesn't do what he says he was going to do then denies he ever said it . Tony never was around until the end, this year. He just popped up at the house and said he"" never would have done the roofing job the way Brian had done it if he had been there in the beginning"". What the heck is that supposed to mean from the owner????? Tony is a bully, but Im an Italian woman and big, fat, loud bullies don't intimidate me...they just irritate me. After four years Brian finally came by to fix the patio leak and said if I did more roofing , cause (I still had some of my old roof on one location that joined the new roof) the leaks would stop and if they didnt stop, I didn't have to pay him. Well, guess what? The leaks continued after he added more roofing. He came back and changed something that he could have in first place and then wanted to get paid. It's obviously work I didn't need to do. I don't know how these guys stay in business.There must be really great roofing contractors out there. I really doubt that this company would show up in the future to stand behind their job so their warranty is meaningless.Check their Yelp reviews and the Better Business Bureau. Using them cost me a lot more than the initial bid for work. It has been nothing but frustration and dealing with extremely unethical, dishonest, people. Sorry guys...I gave you 4 years to make it good and you failed!!!

Worst company ever, put a new roof on our house in 2012 with a warranty of 10 years. 5 years later is leaking in multiple areas and cant get the Brian or Tony to respond. Also have had multiple others use them and have had the same issues.

This company is the biggest rip off stay as far away from them as possible! When we purchased our home a couple of years ago the sellers decided to use them to do the repair on our roof and they provided us with a 10 year warranty. We already had a leak twice and I've contacted Tony and Brian to have their workers come out to fix it. After 5 times of not showing up for their appointment they finally showed up on a Sunday to make necessary repairs and said he will come back tomorrow Monday to finish the job. He didn't show up or even call to reschedule. I called Brian left numerous messages with no response and then called Tony the owner to tell him about his workers lack of responsibility to show up and finish the job. Tony was extremely unprofessional, rude, and would not send his guys back out to make the necessary repairs. I called 5 other licensed roofing companies and they all said that the repair they originally did on my facia boards caused damage to the shingles, they did not use the proper materials and job was not done properly. I will be filing a complaint with the contractors license board and go after his bond for the repairs that will need to be done by the new roofer for the damaged his company caused.
