I know it's important to give positive feedback in response to a job well done. A simple recognition of effort can be a fantastic reward that provides continued motivation for future tasks. But sometimes it seems to get tedious to keep saying ""great job"" over and over, especially if the job done was ...a GREAT JOB. Excellent work must always be recognized and differentiated from that which is not! High performers are intrinsically motivated by doing excellent work and producing something that impresses others. When that credit is not given, over time they will redirect their effort and contributions towards work that does meet that need for high achievement. Today I downloaded the Yelp App for the first time to give a review. I must compliment Mark Boroch's crew, who includes his son, Nick on a job well done. I requested Custom Construction/Re-Roof Specialist to repair a leak in my roof in 2003. I asked them to fix a problem with my in-laws roof in 2004. I have referred them to others for their expertise and will continue... October 2018: I just had my entire roof replaced and I could hardly wait until they were completed, one week, to give each laborer their well deserved tip. You would do well to hire Custom Construction for any job and peace of mind that it will be ""Great"".

Mark and his crew are very professional. We had them install all new windows in our home and could not be more satisfied! I was really impressed with how at the end of each day of the multi day project they left my home inside and out clean and tidy. I didn't have to feel like I was living in a construction zone. Highly recommend!

We had a leak in our ceiling this past winter where water was getting in between our drywall and stucco. Mark quickly responded to my request for an estimate, came out and determined the issue and was able to give me a price on the spot.

After that he showed up on the agreed upon date to make the required repairs and did an excellent job.

I would highly recommend Mark and his team at Custom Construction. Honest, fair and above all else, quality work.

We loved having Mark, Nick, Terry, and crew build a roof on our patio and pour a concrete slab over 1/2 of our backyard lawn. They were punctual, professional, friendly, communicative, very hard working, quick, organized, and cleaned up after themselves every evening. We loved the high quality workmanship. This is actually Mary Jones. I was selling my primary residence and moving to my rental property and was on a time crunch and wanted to remodel. I hired Mark as my contractor and could not be happier with the results. In six weeks they completely gutted the kitchen and removed a wall to open it up to the living room. There wasn't a room in the house that wasn't touched. All of his employees were extremely courteous, professional, and friendly.
