Alena C.So just an update almost a year after my mom first moved in to the house that was built. A few small jobs that were supposed to be completed after the fact were never done. John has contacted me out of the blue on several occasions throughout the year (and I have screenshots to prove it) to say that someone would be coming to fix a window on certain days, then... nothing. No show, no call, no follow up, no apology. In addition several cracks have appeared in the floor, with no way to repair other than complete floor replacement and even in our shifting Texas soil I can't help believe if it had been done correctly and if the slab had been poured with that in mind it would not have happened. Also several small things coming apart like the backsplash behind the sink counter and the framing around the doors. The sliding bathroom doors have never truly closed and locked properly, which was another thing he committed to have someone come fix and no one ever did. The kitchen cabinets are forming cracks where the framing goes around the door as well. At this point we would rather just address issues and repairs ourselves than deal with John Stallard again.
