Lisa L.I live in a 4 family residence, we contracted with Kevin Smith to replace our roof. At the end of 2017 we all gave him the down payment that was required. At the beginning of 2019 my neighbor and me started having roofing issues. He did send people to work on the leaks. I have reached out to him several times to find out when he plans on replacing our roof, and now he won't even respond to me. I'm not sure if he is still planning on replacing our roof, or if I need to find someone else to do the job and try to get our money back! This is very frustrating.
