AMAZING COMPANY!! They were out fairly quickly after I called in for an estimate, they worked with my schedule (I travel for work) and my roof has never looked so good! Thank you Currys!

PISSED OFF CUSTOMER. The old roof did not leak it was just old. I decided we needed a new one to buy the house. The owner put a new roof on and he chose curry roofing. Well, from day 1, the new roof leaks. Has been leaking since I got it. Didn't know it was leaking at the roof since I was told it leaking into the vent from storm angels.
I believed it (dumbly) because it only did it a few times the last 4 years. I bought the house 5 years ago and the roof was a prerequisite (with the warranty) to buy the house along with the govt loan. They messed up the roof the 1st time and they had to redo it. Apparently 5 years later, I found out that what was leaking all this time really was the roof NOT my vent. Due to faulty workmanship apparently. Because I didn't call them sooner they are not willing to fix my brand new roof that they were paid for by the past owner for me. They're trying to use some stupid loophole that the warranty wasn't transferred from the owner of the roof to me therefore the old owner still owns my roof. Really???!!! You rip off your customer now by using a loophole of a piece of paper called the warranty that was transferred between the person who owned the house and the new person. It's not like they're gonna take the roof with them.My problem with this whole situation is none of the people involved knew anything about a warranty. And to prove this point, my conversation twice with people who work for this company both times commented to me and I ""we try to tell people when they buy the roof that they will need to transfer a warranty. And I repeat what I just said we try to tell the people periother people. We try to tell the people doesn't tell the people that they need to transfer it and there is a transfer fee for a warranty. That comment alone to me twice tells me that more than likely that comment was never made to the owner of the house originally. He was older he might not have paid attention to you saying that or you probably didn't tell him that, Therefore not telling me or anyone else therefore not knowing therefore you now get more business because people get to come out and fix You are poor workmanship because of a loophole of a warranty explanation that most people don't even get told about until after the fact and it's too late. Us being one of them. Your company knew full well the house was being sold to a new owner yet nobody told any of us not me, the seller nor the title company that the warranty needed to be transferred. NOT ONE OF US!!!!! SO, rather than say yes we did your roof and don't want to lose your business. We care about our reputation, let me transfer the warranty for the warranty after the fact that no one knew about and make it right. Nope, Instead they are telling us that I can ""schedule an appointment for them to come out and give me an estimate to fix it!"" Are you nuts!!! If you did not put it on right the 1st time that you were paid for what the heck makes you think that I'm gonna pay you a second time to fix your faulty workmanship. I am now contacting Better Business Bureau and Attorney General and starting there. I am also letting Citrus County people know not to use this company because they rip you off, use loopholes and don't stand by their horrible workmanship. I have a new roof that's paid for with a warranty that my ex owner and friends own I'm told. Only in 2022! It was leaking out of my vent above my stove, now currently started leaking out of my air conditioning ducks as well which tells me it's but the vent angle and my floor and ceiling are all wet in my kitchen now. So if you want a nice house don't hire curry roofing. It's sad that any person (yet alone one that's older) has to go through all this just to get a company to have morals, values, care about their reputation and honor their warranty with their business. There are other parts of this story as well but this is the short version, believe it or not.
***DON'T HIRE CURRY ROOFING. I'LL YELL IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS UNTIL THEY MAKE MY ROOF RIGHT FOR THE MONEY THAT WE PAID FOR!!!***
PS. I'll be happy to take this down and speak nice of you AFTER you agree to come fix my leak...as well as any damage done by your leak...and transfer my warranty to me... the owner of the ROOF AND THE HOUSE!!!!! You were paid for a non leaking roof AND a warranty. WE EXPECT TO GET WHAT WE PAID FOR!!!

I really think this company is one of the best around. From the owner to the whole staff.... Very professional pleasant too and the price was right... I completely love my new roof. They came and did everything they needed to do and in a very timely manner. Cleaned up after themselves and I didn't even find a screw or nail. They are top-notch , so different than the last company I had to use at a different house.

This company is the worst. Did an inspection for pending sale. Said roof was good for another 5 years but found 1 small area on Facebook board. Charged $450 to make a 5 minute fix. After house closed we found 4 very bad soft areas that need new plywood. Owners were supposedly good friends with realtor and still Charged her that and lied....

Had Curry's replace entire roof in the past month including repairing a lot of rot. I couldn't be happier. The crew arrived on time and completed the work much quicker than I expected. They did a complete clean up and were very professional and friendly. A job well done!!!

Called Curry to come and give me a proposal to fix a leak and after failing to show up after 2 weeks, they finally told us their insurance company would not allow them to get on our roof??? How can a roofer not be insured to get on a roof. Sounds like a pretty shabby organization and/or a whole lot of BS from their estimators.

We contracted with Curry's Roofing to replace our roof in Nov 2017. Since the roof has been replaced, we have had numerous leaks and Curry's has been unable to fix the problems. After the heavy rain last week, we came home to large spot on our bathroom ceiling and standing water on the floor.
I stopped by Curry's to tell them about the leak and asked for Mike Curry to call me. No response fromMike on Monday. Tuesday morning, I called and asked for Mike again. They told me he wasn't in but they had scheduled a repairman out for Wed morning. I got a call from Ben saying that they weren't coming, I didn't have and problems and they we no longer honoring their warranty. They were done with me.
Seriously I have never had a company speak to me the way Ben did today. It was totally disgusting customer service.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Stay clear from Curry's Roofing they are incompetent contractors.

Is there any way to give less than one star? They have been so difficult to work with! Buyer beware!!! Even when they can SEE rotten wood that's exposed and visible, DON'T expect that to be included in the estimate. I thought because they are supposed to be roofing professionals that they could do a proper estimate. Nope. My mistake. They estimated 2 sheets of plywood for the roof repair but instead used 1x5 planks which is about 4 times more expensive than plywood would have been. So they've charged me an additional $2,000 on a $5,000 roof!!! And they won't give me a receipt from the lumber vendor. The lumber they are charging me for could have been used on any of their jobs.
Even though the contract states that they will clean up, they left a huge pile of debris in the back porch. Some of their work was very substandard - replacing mitered board with un- mitered, damaged soffit, and a very large hole in the carport ceiling. I had to have all of those things repaired at my own expense. They wouldn't even come look at my concerns after I visited their location in person and sent emails with photos. Instead of addressing my very specific concerns, they placed a lien on my property. I finally reported them to the Better Business Bureau. You've been warned. Best of luck finding a roofer that knows how estimate the cost, will do quality work, and not leave you with damage you have to hire someone else to fix! There's a reason you see no positive reviews of this business that has been in operation for many years.

It took several month's for them to get here to put on a new roof. They got a substantial deposit when we signed the contract. The worker's dropped the shingles on the roof so hard they knocked down several light fixture's. Mr. curry was here the next day to get the rest of his money, he said he was, 'sorry' about the fixture's. They left most of the staple's & nail's in the yard & drive. Had to call them to come back & pick up more, they still didn't get them all. It took them over 4 month's to get the 'wind Mitigation' done. They said they didn't have our phone number. It was on the front page of the contract.

Curry replaced my roof in Sept. 2017. I can't rate the job because the roof has never been inspected. The city advise that Curry has never contacted them to do the inspection. The permit has expired, requiring a payment of $100 to re-issue. Curry's office staff is rude and non responsive.
