Lisa M.I scheduled an appt with this company and arranged to be home for it. When no one showed up and no one called I called them. The owner said Oh, I have a guy out with Covid. I asked why they didn't bother to let me know they weren't coming, he said sorry. I asked when they could come he told me it would be better for him if I left my gate unlocked so they could come by when it worked for them. I told him that wouldn't work for me and before I could say anything else he hung up on me. Will Never use them again and I am sure he doesn't care.
