We just had our roof replaced in March and we are so glad we went with CUPERTINO ROOFING. We got a few quotes from different companies but I chose CR because they had what I considered to be the friendliest and most professional customer service. After the initial quote I was thinking we would have to wait a month or more to get the work done as the weather wasn't cooperating and I know roofing companies are always super busy. But once we said we would go with them the weather broke and they were on the job! In 2 days they ripped off 3 roofs (old house) and put on a beautiful new roof and gutters on our house! They left my house looking great! I will be recommending them to anyone I know in need of any roof work.

We just had our roof replaced by this company and everything from day 1 to day 3 ran like clockwork. They were all very professional from their very first visit. They arrived on time, worked long hours (to beat the rain) and cleaned up when the job was completed. All of the employees were friendly and kept you informed about the progress of the job. Even though they were the high bidder, they were willing to negotiate and it was well worth it to spend the extra money for this kind of service.

We've had many bad experiences with home improvement projects and were dreading the experience. Our job was particularly complex since the photovoltaic and pool solar systems had to come off and go back on. Thanks to Dave and his masterful coordination, we now believe, once again, that there is excellent talent, discipline, and character out there in the industry that just gets it done right and brings joy to the customer. Dave promised, and the team delivered, mostly ahead of schedule. There were no surprises other than that there were no surprises!

The results speak for themselves. We have no leaks from the heavy rains in the last few days, and the water drains precisely as promised. We also have a trusted? friend in Dave.

Dave and his crew from Cupertino Roofing did a superb quality job resurfacing our Metacrylic flat roof and completed it 2 consecutive days. Our roof was 10 years old and needed resurfacing prior to installing a solar system. I received 4 bids with 3 of the bids that included additional work than was not needed - including one that would tear off the whole roof and replacing it with a new one. Dave pointed out exactly what needed to be done and not needed to be done and subsequently was not only the lowest bid but I felt was the best quality bid. He also fixed a valley area of our composition roof. His commitment to his work was apparent when Dave worked closely with the solar installers to make sure their hardware was properly sealed to the new surface, with the correct material, and then took the time to inspected it after the solar stand-offs and rails were installed. His crew is professional, courteous, and cleaned up after the work day. I highly recommend Cupertino Roofing.

I called Cupertino Roofing and asked for information about sun tunnels. The person on the phone said a technician will call me soon, maybe in the next hour. Took all my information like name, phone, address but I never received a call. I called again to check on them and he again said the same thing. Its been 3 days now and I have not received any call from them. Bad customer service.

I'm a bit late on this review, as usual. They re-roofed our home in Sunnyvale late last year, and did a great job. Dave, our crew boss, was extraordinarily helpful, explaining everything roofing related to me (and any other questions I had). The roof came out great. I had a minor question about 1 of the 4 skylights they installed, and the next morning, Dave was on the roof checking it out (all was well). Good job, good service.

My house roof ridge wears out and needs a fix. Some contractor with good review came and gave a quote of more than $10k to reroof. Thinking to get some others opinions, I called Dave for an estimate. Dave walked over the roof with a careful check, told me a new ridge is all I need since the other parts of the roof are still in good shape. He also suggested a ridge vent to keep the attic and house cool in the summer. It was May 30 and I asked if he could get the job done in June. He sent 2 guys over on June 2nd, and they did a great work in half a day. Thanks so much, Dave! Definitely a five star service and will recommend to friends!

Our old shack roof was falling apart and we needed some quick repair before we were ready for new one. Dave the owner responded and we got the patch work completed quickly. At the same time, I requested for a quote and the amount came in at a very reasonable price. We then scheduled our target new roof date where our old roof was teared down and the new one was put up. My wife was very happy with work. Dave's crew was very nice to interact with. They cleaned up nicely when the work was done.

Micha and his crew did a professional job, fast and on schedule. I have 10 skylights on my roof, I expected a problem with the flashing on one or two out of the ten, but they did an excellent job, no leaks at all. I have been through several rain storms now, no problems. I give Cupertino Roofing my highest rating.
