It took a month to replace our roof. The contractor was full of every excuse in the book as to why it was taking so long. They would send out one person who would work for 2-3 hours once or twice per week. To top it off, they didn't clean up after themselves, leaving shingles, trash and nails throughout the yard for children and dogs to step on.
