They never called back (9 days). Receptionist is evasive about time frame and just tells you the ""guys"" will have to call you back to talk about where you are on ""the list."" Don't waste your time.

Please do not, I repeat, do not use this company. They were recommended to me by my insurance company, and so I felt safe using them. BIG MISTAKE! There were delays (left for a few days in the middle of the project to work on another house) and other problems, but I was satisfied with the end result so I decided to overlook the extended time taken to finish the job (2018). Two years later I had a leak in the roof. I immediately called to schedule to meet someone at the house. The roofer came unannounced and spoke to the tenant and said the roofing problem was a plumbing problem so Culler Roofing could not fix it. I immediately called Culler Roofer to ask for clarification. I did not get an answer, so I left an extensively detailed message. No return call. I called again for the next few days and finally got an answer. I was told I would be called back. No return call. Two weeks later, after a very rainy season, I talked to someone who told me the damage I now have in my ceiling due to the leak that has gone unaddressed for two weeks is ""not our problem."" I was told they had talked to the tenant. I said I was the owner and had asked repeatedly to talk to someone. I asked if I would be responsible for the cost of the plumber and the interior repair work and was again told, ""it's not our problem."" enough said, and lesson learned. I know I should have done something sooner, but I honestly thought they would get back with me (the owner) and at least explain what I should do. I was wrong. Please do not make my mistake. Do not use this company.

Have a roofing problem? Look no further than Culler roofing. A family owned company whose owners are full of integrity and committed to excellence in everything they do. They quickly came to inspect our roof issues and really looked beyond the surface to make sure the problem was completely fixed. The contractor they sent out to do the work was efficient, timely, and kind and did a fantastic job with our roof repair. The issue was deeper than expected, but he had everything that he needed to repair it quickly and we are so grateful! We'd never look to anyone else for our roofing needs and don't think you should either.

I would highly recommend Chris Culler Roofing for any roofing needs. Chris and his team are very honest and dependable. Jason has gone above and beyond repairing our leaking roof. He had some great suggestions to rework the design just a little bit that will help the water to drain away from the house as it is supposed to. He also did these recommendations within the same price that was originally quoted. Absolutely can't go wrong with this company.
