I’ve held the position of vice president at a publicly traded firm managing the western U.S., I’ve also led a nonprofit organization as CEO. I genuinely love the construction field. We are a family-owned and operated business. I’m Matt Pritchett, the owner of CTXR. I am passionate about my work, serving others and building beautiful things. I’m a family-oriented person who values my faith in Jesus Christ, my love for Texas, and my pride in America.

I am fortunate to have five beautiful children, and I’ve experienced the joy of adoption. While many believe adoption is special, I consider myself the fortunate one with my five lovely children and my wife of 21 years.

I started in construction at 16 as a part-time demolition worker for my mom’s Bible study leader. I worked in construction as a vice president for a major company overseeing the western U.S., and I’ve been a CEO for a nonprofit that supports foster children. I’ve circled back to my passion for construction. I take pleasure in crafting beautiful structures and meeting the incredible people I serve, whether it’s repairing a home or developing a mall in Austin, Texas. I’m here to assist.
