Aaron A.Great up front on getting me a quote, horrible follow through. I approved the job and then hand to send an email 1 week later threatening to use a different company before I got a response. The rest of the process got only worse. The job was done incorrectly, because they removed 2 trees instead of building around them as the estimate stated, they also cut and capped my sprinkler lines. I was informed of this after the job was completed. After I was so frustrated I told the tech to bill me and leave my property, the office called me demanding payment, I haven't even been home to see the job quality yet. The lady in the office stated if I didn't pay the 1/2 down that was required before starting the work they would put a lien on me. It stated this in the quote they needed 1/2 down but it was never brought up again until after the job was completed incorrectly. If you need frustration and a headache please contact these people. This company is approved on Home Advisor (I'll never use their site again).
