I received the name of Tyler King through a Decra Roofing supplier. I had roof damage of which Mr. King determined was installed with tiles that are discontinued. I mentioned I had spare tiles of which he said ""that would work (based on photos I sent)."" When I was finally able to connect with him he called and asked if he could come early. I replied ""Yes!"" Originally I was asking for a quote but He proceeded to look at the location and said, ""if it's just the one tile and everything below is alright, shall I go ahead and replace it?"" I said sure. He took pictures along the way and installed the replacement in less than 20 minutes. He showed me photos of the underlayment and installation, he put back my ladder, I wrote him a check and we were done! Excellent!

CSR Roofing did an amazing and efficient repair. The heavy winds and rain we all recently experienced damaged our roof and caused a significant leak. I tried calling several roofing companies. CSR came out right away and repaired our roof as soon as the weather cleared. We were also alerted to some maintenance that was needed to keep this from happening again. Tyler and the team were awesome! They were friendly and professional. We highly recommend them!

We've had an awesome experience with Tyler and CSR Roofing. We've had two different roof leaks in the last two years during the rain season (unfortunate wear and tear on an aging roof) and CSR Roofing has been incredibly responsive and helpful in diagnosing the problem and providing a timely repair. We will definitely continue to use them as our go-to for roofing needs!

Great to work with. They came out on short notice on New Year's Day to fix a leaking roof before more storms came in. Also, when they estimated the job, they actually had someone go up on the roof to look at it and diagnose the problem. Their price was lower than other estimates we got and no one else even went up onto the roof to look at it.

Please do yourself a big favor and do not go with CSR and the con artist Daryl.

I had work done to patch a leak in my roof exactly one year ago. They came out quickly and ""fixed"" the problem in a day. I should have known something was off when the team that came to look at my roof was not the solo guy they brought in to fix the roof.

Fast forward to the most recent storm we had. The leak is still present and it's actually WORSE than before. What's even more frustrating is I have called CSR over the last two weeks and it always go to the answering service after 10 rings. They take a message and say Daryl will get back to me.

I'm still waiting for a phone call. Don't expect this local business to standby their work.... Daryl doesn't even bother to answer his customers phone calls or messages after the work is done.

Our first experience with CSR Roofing started with getting an estimate due to rotting eve boards. Tyler came out and looked over the eves and completed an inspection of the entire roof making recommended repairs. The cost of the repairs seemed to be very fair; I then inquired as to what the options and cost would be to have the entire 41 year old roof replaced. Again, after being provided our options and cost, my wife and I decided to replace the roof in lieu of making temporary fixes on an old, aged out roof in immanent need of replacement.

Tyler drew up the contract and scheduled our date for install. Prior to the install we realized that the wrong roofing material was on the contract, we contacted Daryll the owner of CSR Roofing and this was easily corrected.

Unfortunately, the day prior to our install date we were contacted by CSR to extend out the date of our install due to staffing, which was fine, not a problem. On the day of install - Tyler, Tanner and crew arrived ready to go. During the install a few hiccups developed, but due to their professionalism and honest practices everything was quickly remedied and the project moved on to completion. I want to especially thank Daryll for his customer friendly responsiveness to our concerns which deserves 5 stars on its own; but when you add the performance of the work crew (a well oiled machine) and the aesthetically eye pleasing roof - if 10 stars were an option, in our view they would deserve all 10 of them.

If you're looking to have roof work done or a replacement we whole heartedly recommend that you contact CSR Roofing for their superior workmanship and customer service.

Our Solar Panel company selected CSR to replace our deteriorating roof before the panels could be installed. They did such an AMAZING JOB! We are so happy with the results. Professional from start to finish. Considerate as well. Made sure the roof was covered in the middle of the installation when rain was forecast. Showed up promptly and cleaned up each day. After a big storm we noticed not one, but two roof leaks running down through our ceilings, walls and onto our floors. We called our insurance company and they told us that we were on our own for finding a roofing contractor to repair. I went online and started what seemed like a parade of contractors coming out for estimates. The difference in attitude, professionalism, and willingness was eye-opening. After fielding over 10 different estimates and interacting with these contractors only one contractor took the time to investigate and find and take a picture of the actual holes I had in my roof. This was Tyler from CSR Roofing. I was impressed. CSR was not the most expensive nor was it the cheapest bid - but they were the most accurate and comprehensive. Tyler took the time to explain to me the reasons behind the leak and the lack of roof maintenance issues he was experiencing. When we accepted the bid and I called their office to speak to the owner Daryl and told him about my positive interaction with Tyler he noted that Tyler was his son and that he ""raised him right."" Tyler was on-site with his team during the repairs and the crew was very responsive and efficient in getting the repairs done quickly. For these reasons, I can strongly recommend CSR Roofing for any annual maintenance work or specific leak repair. It's been quite a while since I've had such a pleasurable experience hiring a contractor. CSR makes the whole process painless.
