We hired Daryll of CSR Roofing to fix a leak in our roof. It was in a difficult place to repair. He came out the next morning after our call at 8AM, just as he had scheduled. Found the problem on his initial inspection, filled out the insurance documents and sent them with his worked the day they completed the repair. It was all repaired within just a few hours. Very easy to work with for something that could have been a difficult situations. We highly recommend CSR Roofing for your roofing need!

Had the opportunity to do business with , Daryll King, (Owner) at CSR Roofing recently. I was in a bind and needed quick roofing service. We regret not hiring CSR Roofing for replacing our roof. We picked a large residential roofing company to put a stone coated steel roof on our 2nd home in El Dorado Hills. Unfortunately, our roof was completed by two staff that didn't have careful review and attention from a field supervisor. It took the two staff almost 4-weeks to complete the project, and we constantly had problems getting updates from the field supervisor. We raised objections to the situation two weeks into the project, but were told that staff assigned are experienced and that we'd get photos documenting the progress. Due to visible problems noticed during the progress of work and lack of photo evidence, we called CSR for help in reviewing the work performed.

CSR made a thorough review of the roof and provided four areas of concern with pictures to relay concerns to our roofer before accepting their work. Although the problems detected by CSR are to be corrected by the current roofer, we would have had more confidence in the work had we hired CSR from the beginning.

It is our understanding that the owner of CSR works side-by-side with his employees on every roof project. This goes to show that quality assurance is the number one priority at CSR.

If we did not get CSR's help, then none of the corrections would have been done and we would have to rely on warranties to get correction. Please contact CSR prior to starting any roofing project and save your time and money.

I had a tree fall on my neighbors two story house and had to have the tree removed. I was concerned there might be roof damage. It was just about to rain so getting someone out quickly was important. I called around and mostly got voice mail. When I called CSR roofing Daryll immediately picked up. I told him my situation and he squeezed me in the same day. He called me fifteen minutes prior to arrival and was fast and efficient on the job. He and his team were complete professionals, honest and really nice. He answered all of our questions. We had a bit of dry rot on the fascia and they fixed that. The crew is Daryll and his 2 sons, no subs.
