We had what we thought was a small leak in our roof at our rental property and called CSR Roofing. They promptly came out to assess the damage. After removing several roof tiles, they discovered that a previous contractor had installed the paper improperly and used the wrong material. They were also able to find another leak that we were not aware of.

Within a couple of days of doing the inspection they were able to complete the work to our satisfaction.

The new roof does not leak and looks good. Unfortunately that is the only plus side since there were mistakes made by CSR and especially their subcontractors. As a contractor overseeing the job, you are responsible for the companies that you sub-out to.

The crew who tore off the old roof broke two lawn sprinklers that they tried to hide that I had to replace. They broke bricks that line the stairway to our front door and tried to set them back to look like they had not been disturbed. They damaged 5 screens which I had to get replaced. I do not think they picked up a single nail even though they assured me that they would. We picked up handfuls of old nails, hundreds, and one that went into my foot.

The gutter company put up gutters that had all kinds of bends in them. Not huge bends, but for brand new you would think they would be straight. If you look at them from the side you can really tell.

As for CSR itself, if they put up new wood it is not painted. Also looking at the attached pictures, they needed to get flashing under this area but never blocked the hole after they tore off the piece that was there. So they made the hole and did not fix it. This hole was big enough for small animals to crawl through to get into my attic. And that is just one of many holes that I have had to fix on my own.
Also they need to realize that every piece of roofing that they cut and throw on your lawn in July will burn it.

So if you want to spend $42000+ on your roof and garage roof, and don't mind cleaning up after them and storing their plywood sheets and 2x6's for two weeks in your driveway after they leave, go for it. Otherwise, find someone else.

We had damage last year from all the heavy wind and rain. I always try to get 3 bids on work we need, and so it began. CSR roofing was head and tails above the others for the price and customer perception. Chris was a pleasure to deal with. When we chose a date to have the work done, they showed up on time and even a call the day before as a reminder. Tanner the young man who did the work was awesome. Kept me informed of what was being done, provided videos of before and after. He spoke with me before he left to ensure I was happy with CSRs work. We had very heavy rains a week later and there was a leak beyond the area CSR worked on. I called Chris, and they sent someone back out who proceeded to find and fully repair the new leak spot. I can only say that what CSR ask for after finishing the work that wasn't in their bid you would not believe how they handled it. It was next to nothing and that is why I will use and recomend CSR Roofing (Chris and Tanner) forever.

CRS roofing came and fixed a hole in our roof that was leaking water into our daughter's bathroom. The whole experience was great from the initial phone call. They came out in a timely manner, they were professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs!

today, Tyler called to apologize and requested to make my initial complaint and work/leaking roof repair request good. Once he shared his personal tragedy which he was dealing with while we were dealing with our leak I can understand why some things got placed aside. I still believe clear communication right away with us would have been the best but I also understand being under duress. I appreciated his willingness to make it right and that he contacted us.

Darryl, Tyler, Tanner and the rest of the CSR Roofing crew really know what they are doing! Our new roof looks fantastic!

We have dogs and the whole crew made sure no gates to the backyard were left open.

We plan to have them come back to repair and replace the roofs on two of our sheds.

I received the name of Tyler King through a Decra Roofing supplier. I had roof damage of which Mr. King determined was installed with tiles that are discontinued. I mentioned I had spare tiles of which he said ""that would work (based on photos I sent)."" When I was finally able to connect with him he called and asked if he could come early. I replied ""Yes!"" Originally I was asking for a quote but He proceeded to look at the location and said, ""if it's just the one tile and everything below is alright, shall I go ahead and replace it?"" I said sure. He took pictures along the way and installed the replacement in less than 20 minutes. He showed me photos of the underlayment and installation, he put back my ladder, I wrote him a check and we were done! Excellent!

CSR Roofing did an amazing and efficient repair. The heavy winds and rain we all recently experienced damaged our roof and caused a significant leak. I tried calling several roofing companies. CSR came out right away and repaired our roof as soon as the weather cleared. We were also alerted to some maintenance that was needed to keep this from happening again. Tyler and the team were awesome! They were friendly and professional. We highly recommend them!

We've had an awesome experience with Tyler and CSR Roofing. We've had two different roof leaks in the last two years during the rain season (unfortunate wear and tear on an aging roof) and CSR Roofing has been incredibly responsive and helpful in diagnosing the problem and providing a timely repair. Great to work with. They came out on short notice on New Year's Day to fix a leaking roof before more storms came in. Also, when they estimated the job, they actually had someone go up on the roof to look at it and diagnose the problem. Their price was lower than other estimates we got and no one else even went up onto the roof to look at it.
