We had CRT Roofing redo our entire roof, including the wood. We have flat sections in addition to the traditional sloped shingle section. Jorge Sr. is a specialist at flat roofs and used a commercial spray foam to seal it, which is used on many commercial buildings. This has reduced the temperature inside the house by several degrees in the summer. Great communication with the whole team. Very knowledgeable and professional. Jorge Jr. recommended some low-profile vent and fascia upgrades that look great.

My master bedroom had a leak. I called American Home Shield and they sent out Lorenzo from CRT Roofing. I had to wait about a week for the actual repair because of the heavy rains off and on and the extreme business the roofing companies are going through this time of the year. It's kind of like the a/c going out in the summer. Lorenzo sent his team over soon after and repaired all the area, including changing out some broken tile before more leaks start up. They were nice and neat and showed me the before and after photos. Nice job !

I had a minor roof leak on the upper corner of one of my walls. I called my home warranty ADT to have it fixed. ADT in turn hired this company ""CRT Roofing Co Inc"" who did more damage to my home than good. For their first visit they took a little over a half a day to ""repair the leak"" only to make it worse the next time it rained. I'll attach photos so you can see how the leak progressed worse after they had supposedly repaired it. The first photo was the original leak. Mind you I cannot hire a new company through my home warranty without having to pay now because CRT Roofing Co exhausted $1500 of my home warranty's allowance the first time they were hired to fix my leak. The next time it rained water traveled from the source of the leak, along the walls and to my light fixtures. Flowing and dripping even faster than before. I called the company and spoke to Lorenzo, the manager, who sent his guys back out during the rain. They proceeded to cover it up with a tarp without giving the water a way to drain out of my flat roof. The result was extreme flooding on the roof and water basically water-falling into my home. Damaging my walls and my flooring. My family literally had to place buckets and toss gallons of water out the whole day. Lorenzo sent his team back out who cut a hole in the tarp so that water could drain out again. And that slowed down the water entering my home. A few days later they were back out and had 'fixed' the leak again. They did not take any responsibility or offer to help with any repairs to my walls or flooring. The fix that time seemed to work, but fast forward to the storm we just had in San Bernardino last week. Water is entering my home again from the same spot! I called Lorenzo no answer. Sent him a text no reply. Up until now I've been pretty patient with this company, but seriously how many times does it take to do your job right? I am no professional, but this company doesn't seem to know what it is they are doing. These band aid fixes did more damage then good! If you couldn't do the job then say so from the start and don't take the money. We would have hired someone who could do the job right. Now I need to pay someone who can get this fixed the right way. I also need to pay for the damages to my home. While Lorenzo and his team at CRT Roofing walk away paid with no recourse whatsoever which is why I'm writing this review! Stay away from Lorenzo and his team at all cost!
