Wasted 6 weeks on this company.
A man came and took measurements and advised that someone would call me about the price and date of repair.
No one called. I called myself 4 times, and 4 different people said I wasn't in the system yet, but they finally put me in the system and someone will be in touch in two days.
The fifth time I called, the guy said I was not in the system, and when I explained all the nonsense, he advised to call a different company.
Good luck with these time wasters.

I am not sure where the bad reviews come from. I recently worked with Crowther for both my roof and my AC system.

I worked with Nicole and she immediately showed that she was concerned about my issue. As a first time homeowner I was terrified when I realized my attic was showing rot due to a bad job done by a company in Cape Coral (roof only a couple years old).

Nicole went above and beyond to get things taken care of and make me feel I wasn't being taken advantage of or getting a bad deal.

this issue went from something I was absolutely terrified about to something that is behind me and I am confident was done professionally and competently.

I wouldn't hesitate if youre on the fence! I have been raving to my friends and family about my experience!

I would like to share some of my experience with your Company throughout our roofing project. Ross M. introduced Sal G. to us and together we walked the project from start to finish, Ross explained everything to us and the time frame each phase was expected to take place, your coordination was spot on. Sal asked questions and showed us places on the roof that he was going to pay special attention too, this gave us a comfortable feeling about the whole project. Sal being the roofer he is was on top of things (pun intended) during the tear off. he showed us sections of plywood that should be replaced to improve the appearance of our finished roof, we agreed and never thought of it again.  The roofing crew went to work tearing off the old roof and replacing the warped and damaged plywood, cleanup at the end of the workday was excellent. I was expecting a day or two before the shingles were replaced but no, they were brought over and the bundles were placed on the roof the next day and the Job was completed Friday, A beautiful job done professionally cleanup to completion. All jobs have a risk of hidden issues, ours was the AC freon line in the attic it touched the plywood sheeting for the roof and as luck or should I say bad luck would have it, one of the shingle nails punctured it and all my Freon was lost. I called Crowther Saturday to report it, thinking that Monday everything would be repaired instead the Crowther AC man Derek called me and said he would be at our house in thirty minutes, he was and the AC was up and running before the heat of the day. Lee is so fortunate to have the people working for him that he does, they show that they care about the Company and the customer. What a GREAT experience this has been from Terance in sales to Derek in HVAC. Thank you, Shanda and Lee.

Called crowther for roof estimate and guy comes out for estimate, does not go on review for a peek or looksy or measurements.....next day get outrageous estimate of 21k+ for 2000 sq/ft home.....says 40+ roofing squares at 525/roofing sq.....get an 8 page contract that basically says they are not responsible for Any damage they do to property, driveway or anything even if they are careless......bunch of bull. Called and complained about cost and contract clauses, said they would ""sharpen the pencil""....never heard from them again. Overpriced, rude and downright deceptive....needless to say, not a good experience and clearly do not recommend. Contracted another roofer at 28% less in cost.....

James came to our house last week and found the source of our leak in our bedroom! It was a leak coming from the dryer vent penetration!! He fixed it for us right away at no charge because we were worried about rain and our ceiling becoming more damaged!!! James is extremely professional and is an asset to Crowther Residential roofing! If you pick this company, it'll be a home run!!!

Had nothing but great experiences. They handled our after hours AC emergencies (2x) without any hassle. Gave great advice about strategizing a new roof and updating duct work. Felt really secure working with seasoned professionals. I wonder if the reviews below were working with Crowther Roofing, because there are a couple other contractors by the same last name.

Absolutely not, was on the phone with Erma(sp?) talking about my grandmother's leak, in the middle of our call she asked to put me on hold. She must have hit the wrong button, because I overheard her yelling at who I'm assuming to be an employee in the room, she berated them, ending it by calling the person a f***ing re***d. Then, she came back to the call acting all sunshine and roses, like nothing had happened.

If that's how you treat your employees I can't imagine how you treat customers.

Yikes.

Tip to the owners, don't let Erma run the phone line. Absolutely unbelievable.
