In 2015, we established Crow’s Crew, yet the roots trace back much earlier. About 25 years ago, the idea for this business emerged, as my father embarked on his own business journey. I felt immense joy witnessing his aspirations materialize. That was a bold step forward. I didn’t feel equipped for such a big change. Despite that, I was always involved in some form of work for someone else. It wasn’t until I held a management role at a tire shop that I realized that my job didn’t fulfill my aspirations. I realized I could make a greater impact. I find joy in constructing. I love turning concepts into tangible results. In the face of daily stresses, I adhere to the principle “make your home a sanctuary. We’re here to turn that vision into reality.
I began constructing fences at the age of 13 alongside my dad and uncle. That experience laid the groundwork for my skills. We advanced to framing small buildings, creating decks and stairs, and working on flooring and walls. Over time, I’ve taken on numerous roles. I juggled retail work and tire shop management while developing my own company. The process was often slow. Once I decided to focus on Crow’s Crew full-time, I realized I should have done it much earlier. Regardless of your project’s scale, I can help realize your vision.
