Crow’s Crew launched in 2015, though the concept originated years prior. The inception of this company dates back roughly 25 years, when my father started his own venture. I felt immense joy witnessing his aspirations materialize. That was a bold step forward. As for me, I wasn’t prepared for such a major transition. Yet, between various jobs, I was always engaged in projects for others. It wasn’t until I held a management role at a tire shop that I realized that my job didn’t fulfill my aspirations. I understood I could help others in a more significant manner. I find joy in constructing. I love turning concepts into tangible results. In the face of daily stresses, I adhere to the principle “transform your space into a retreat. Allow us to make that happen for you.
I first picked up a hammer at 13, building fences with my dad and uncle. That was just the beginning of my journey. We advanced to framing small buildings, creating decks and stairs, and working on flooring and walls. I’ve experienced a range of jobs throughout my career. I juggled retail work and tire shop management while developing my own company. The process was often slow. However, once I committed to Crow’s Crew full-time, I wished I had made the leap sooner.
