Roxana Cardenas and her team at Crowne Roofing produce the absolute highest level of expertise and customer service in the business. So, it stands to reason that hiring a new contractor to do my roofing work was very daunting to say the least. I had another roofer promise they would come out and they could not in a timely manner so I reached out to Crowne. Not only was the service great but the quote was reasonable and they came before the next storm hit and had my home protected. Owner was honest and did not sell me more than I needed. She even provided photos of finished work. I was concerned I had wind damage and she was honest enough to be truthful and tell me my roof was in overall excellent condition.

Luckily, I don't need a new roof very often, but who to have replace the roof is a major decision since it's such a big job. Roxana and her team rocked it! She returned my initial call immediately and kept me informed every step of the way. This was not easy task since I live in Florida and my rental home is in San Antonio. She showed up on time to look at the potential worksite and provide an estimate of the work and develop a work plan. She very patiently answered all my questions, quelled my worries, and provided me with a reasonable estimate of the work to be done. We remained in communication from the time I chose my materials and colors, to the delivery, and as the actual work progressed. The best part, I received explanatory videos and photos as the work progressed throughout the day. And when I spotted something I wasn't comfortable with in a pic it was explained, aesthetically remedied at my request, and the new and improved photo was provided. Being so far away and unable to supervise the job myself had me worried, but thanks to technology and Roxana's patience :D. I am very comfortable that if follow-up is ever required for the roof (warranty) she will take care of it.
As an aside, it makes me very happy and proud to see a woman running a business that is predominantly led by men. Her willingness to train and employ women is also a plus. It was a pleasure to do business with a locally-owned, woman-owned company.
