I had a great experience with Danny. He was very professional, came right on time, and had excellent communication. We had a new roof that was done by a different contractor, which appeared to be sagging and we were concerned that there might be something wrong with it. Danny came out and did a thorough inspection, informed us of what he thought the issue was and what could be done to fix it, but, in the end, told us that if it were his house, he'd leave it alone. He was incredibly honest and didn't try to upsell us at all, which is refreshing (and rare these days). He even took pictures and sent them to me, so I could have them for comparison if there were any issues in the future. Long story short, Danny is amazing and Crown Roofing will be my go-to for any roofing needs.

After the Santa Ana Winds and Eaton Canyon Fire, my roof sustained some damage that needed repairs. I was a little skeptical about choosing a company because all of the companies I contacted were either too busy or too expensive. When I received a call back from Daniel Z., I was almost going to go with another company , but after speaking with Daniel, he ensured me that his price was going to be competitive and the materials he was going to use were premium. Other companies including the one I almost went with didn't give me a full breakdown like the one I received from Crown Roofing. In some cases the other companies even seemed irritated that I wanted a full breakdown since I was just shopping for quotes. Daniel was very professional, knowledgeable and really did his best at earning my business. He is very easy to talk to and straightforward. The quote I received was the price I paid! , In fact I didn't realize I over paid by $250 because I was given a discount and that balance was returned to me! Great company to work with! I got estimates from 7 companies for my re-roof. Can't recommend Crown Roofing more highly. Their offer was the best, and Danny presentation of how the process worked made me feel very knowledgeable.
