I have a new house built in 2018, Crown Roofing installed my roof. They negotiated with my builder a one year warranty. You can't imagine how shocked I was that my very expensive roof had a one-year warranty, the same as my hair blow dryer. If they really believed in their product why would they only warrantee for one year?. December 2021 I called Crown Roofing in reference to a leak in my kitchen. They came and looked at the area took pictures, there was no obvious issue on the roof no broken tiles etc.. I was told it would cost over $4000 to take the tiles off and look at the situation before they could determine the problem. I was not impressed and I'm not about to give them another blank check. We hired another company for $300 to take care of the problem. In May, 2021, we came back from holiday only to find that we now have three leaks in our roof including another one in the kitchen and two large leaks in my son's bedroom, lots of ceiling damage. Absolutely disgusted!

Had a hole to patch and a bit of work but it took them 6 hours and peeing off my roof and in my bushes seen by neighbors and myself terrible came 3 hours late and spoke no English hardly at all measuring doors for a leak in the roof why who knows doors no where close to roof leak charged a lot of money for incompetence of being late 3 hours and peeing and not to mention on the cell phone talking most of the time not to boss or company either my neighbor said it was wife or girlfriend both of them don't hire this company complete idiots and no call to say they where gonna be late and just a big mess THIS BUISNESS IS UNRELIABLE

They were very quick to put on my new tile roof last Dec. took 2 weeks start to finish. However when I called a year later because we noticed a broke tile, they would not hold the warranty. Disgraceful and I will be sure to share this will all my neighbors who are looking for a new roof in the near future.

I had Crown Roofing come to give me an estimate to replace broken roof tiles.. Greg Reiter, the Service Manager climbed onto my roof and found that I neededv 26 replacement roof tiles, 9 chipped/cracked/ broken, Motor-missing/damaged 7 each 4 sliding tiles and 5 recommened Repairs for a total price of $2,145.00 plus $385.00 Remedial all of which I was agreeable. I signed an authorization for the work which stated balance due upon completion, a deposit MAY BE REQUIRED, but none was on the estimate. One day later I received a phone call from Carol Humphrey asking for a 50% deposit for this job which I declined. Onto the next roofer for my repairs.

We purchased our home 18 months ago these people did the roof it's leaking everywhere causing black mold do not use these guys they are a bunch of crooks who won't standby their own shoddy workmanship. A roof shouldn't go bad in 18 months. They won't even look at it without paying them money. If you are ok with replacing your roof every year to 18 months then these are the guys for you if you want a roof that will function and last like a roof should steer clear very clear. If I could give zero stars I would but it isn't an option. Very frustrated......

Do not use Crown. They've tried to fix a leak in my roof twice. I paid both times even though the water was coming in at the very same spot. On their second visit to my home, they told me there must have been two leaks... which means they had my roof off and only fixed one of the two problems. I believe they didn't know where they water was coming from so they just replaces the wood boards and nailed back the roof tiles. I asked why couldn't they see all the problems the first time? Response was, sometimes they just don't. At the point where they had my roof off the second time, they said if I didn't pay (nearly the same $$) again to fix what they claim was now the problem...they would just put the roof tile back on and leave. I argued they didn't fix the leak the first time they had my roof off but they refused to do any work until I paid again. Thousands of dollars later, we have the next heavy rain, water coming out of my light fixtures in a bathroom again, same spot. I call, they put me off for 2 days before they can send someone out to 'take a look'. No urgency to rectify the situation. No culpability or guarantee of the work they do. Do not use these guys.

Called for estimate to repair or replace cement roof tiles. Set up a date and window of time. They hadn't shown up with 10 minutes left in the window. I called and they told me he was running late but would be there. I had to leave but when I returned there was a business card in the door, so I knew they'd been there. Never did get an estimate. Called the estimator's number as well as the main office, but nothing. If you don't want the work, at least have the common decency to tell me upfront. Unbelievable

Worst worksmanship I've seen thus far. My roof just needed a few spots reshibgled and patched up and they tried to replace my ENTIRE roof. After talking them down to just the necessary work they didn't even fix the right areas! And the parts they did fix are worse than they were before.

For the record, I recommend for any and all of you're roofing needs! A+ They're extremely reliable, responsible and honest with a large service area throughout the state of Florida. Hands down best roofing company in the state.
